They were very good and did everything they said they would do. They stayed with their quoted price which was very competitive. They were very safety conscious with how it was all installed and I would highly recommend them.

Originally, I had a problem with my roof leaking around my skylight. I called and they came to check it out very quickly. After further review, they recommended a new roof. My roof was 28 years old. They replaced the roof and wood on the entire roof. They did a great job...quickly and very neat. I also had a new skylight and 2 kitchen windows replace with trim. They did a great job. They are very polite also. A month later with the heavy wind and rain, I noticed a piece of siding came loose. ( Nothing to do with the work they originally did) I called and they came and repaired it. No charge! They spent 40 minutes on the job at no cost! Vinyl Master really is a customer-oriented company. They truly take pride in their work and stand behind it! Awesome company, quick response, great follow-up, great prices...Highly recommended!

We had a section of our aluminum siding come loose during a period of strong winds recently. With the weather getting as cold as it has, having the siding repaired was very important. Nick and his team at Vinyl Master were quick to respond and to come out and give me a quote. He was also willing to work with surplus siding that the house’s previous owners left behind and come out within a couple days of looking at the damage. The work is fantastic and it looks better and more solid than the original work. Vinyl Master will be our first call when it is time to get rid of our old siding.

It went very well, once the materials arrived the crew showed up and started, they worked long days to finish in a timely manner, the crew cleaned up every night and were very helpful everytime I asked to address an issue. I highly recommend using Vinal master for high quality materials and great work.

Vinyl master did a great job siding and roofing my house and garage. The workers worked through excessive heat but remained polite and professional. They cleaned up every day. From sales down to the laborers, they provided quick responses to any concerns. Would recommend.

When i moved into my new apartment, the landlord decided to replace the old windows of his building with new ones. Among other companies, he decided to hire Vinyl Master to replace 15 windows and do some inside work. Nick came, measured the windows, ordered them, and installed them with his crew. The price was fair, and the quality of work was excellent. They were friendly and offered some extra services in the house as well. Everything else in the contract was accomplished as agreed ahead. As I mentioned in the beginning, one of the windows was damaged due to an accident in my apartment. As the windows come with a life -time warranty, I spoke to Nick. He ordered a new one for me and installed it free of charge. I am very satisfied with their work and I would highly recommend them. That kind of costumer service, and the fact that they stand for their costumers, is the reason they are getting 5 stars!

This locally owned business did a great job for us. They were prompt in quoting the job and meticulous with the work. We also bid with two other contractors and they were the lowest price. I would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them for any exterior work.

Excellent job id 100% use them again

Nick was very attentive and courteous since we first met him over a year ago. At the time we were scouting roofers and did not realize the cost of the whole project was going to be so high (we also wanted to change our siding). We saved for another year. When we were ready, my husband and I agreed to call Nick. We interviewed and got estimates from about 8 people from companies of different sizes. We chose Vinyl Masters because we felt we could trust them and communicate our wishes to them. They listened carefully helping us tailor our decisions to our budget. They came on time and finished timely considering all the work done. They worked very neatly and were careful with our garden. They took pride on the quality of their work and our home was not treated as "just another job". We definitively recommend them.

A+ job! Nick and his crew did a great job on our house. They began work on time and the project went quickly, which was important for our timeline. They were easy to communicate with and nice guys to work with. Everything looks great (the siding, the window trim, gutters and new stairs). I was excited to come home from work each day and see more progress! It is important to us when hiring someone to work on our house that they seem knowledgeable, skilled, professional, easy to contact, and are communicative. Vinyl Master fit the bill. We are very happy with the outcome of our project and recommend Vinyl Master.

NIck and his crew worked long days to get all the work done on time. He treats his job as a profession and it shows in his work. I plan on using him again for a new roof this spring.

I recently bought a house and the roof was badly in need of replacement. I contacted 6 different companies and got estimates. Vinyl Master was the lowest offer and, since I had worked with them before, I decided to go with them. Once again, they did not disappoint me: They showed up on time, had the required roofing permit from the town, stripped the old roof down to the bare wood, replaced the wood in the few places where it had rotted, installed the ice shield, tar paper, shingles and all. The clean up was very good - there was hardly any debris left at all. The second day they installed the new vented soffits and covered the fascia board with aluminum. On the third day they installed the new gutters. The job was done meticulously. The new roof looks great and now I am a little more confident about weathering the winter in the new old house. The guys from Vinyl Master are very professional and at the same time very friendly, easy to deal with. Above all, they are absolutely honest and reliable. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable, and professional roofing, siding, or windows contractor.

They did a very good job and their bid was very low. The work was done in 3 days and it was very clean and neat with exceptional cleanup. They were very professional and very punctual, and got the job done in less time than was estimated.
