Very Poorly JD Power and Associates was contacted BBB of NJ complaint filed NJ Consumers Affairs being mailed Lowes corporate complaint filed $1,400 taken by Lowes and Tora Construction with no window install after 3 months by Toria Construction in NJ. Lack of returned calls for 3 months by Christian Genao and park ferguson . Immense run around and failure to meet contract agreements in conjunction with Lowes. I will be filing a racial and gender discrimination complaint with the NJ state licensing bureau against Vinnie the owner of Toria Construction and Lowes if the window is not installed. Lowes corporate called my house late last night 12/14 and stated to me that the installer Vinnie owner Toria Construction is to pick up the window. No one told me the process. How would I know. Whose job is it to tell me? Corporate planned to call Toria Construction regarding why he was not going to do so, this was their words to me. I also shared concerns regarding why if I did not call to confirm install for Saturday no one would have told me the process. I also recently found out it is not a morning install that I waited for over 3 months to arrange. Because I asked him why he is not picking up the window (based on what Lowes stated to me last night and to give him a heads up of the call), he says he is not doing install 2 days before the scheduled date. That is massive retaliation and intentional racial bias practices against a Black female customers complaint for filing with bbb of nj. I will be suing his business and Lowes for my money if the install is not completed. Lowes may think they can hire contractors who engage in these practices of retaliation or discrimination but there will be a massive state complaint regarding this concern. No agency will be left out if not resolved. This is a nightmare from **** but rest assure **** will go both ways. Toria Construction and Lowes will be answering paperwork for the next two years. I may be Black and female but I am not an ignorant fool to these race based under handed gender discrimination actions and tactics. I will be filing a complaint against every participant.

Great ! The communication prior to installation was excellent. Coordinating this was a breeze, they arrived on the day it was scheduled, the workmanship was excellent, they cleaned up afterwards. Very professional company and I'll recommend them to others.

Visited site after purchase to ensure correct measurements, kept us informed regarding delivery and scheduled installation at out convenience. ?Called ahead to confirm installation date/time, arrived on-time and completed all work and clean-up in less than 2 hours using a 2 man crew (the owner and a helper). ?Responded to questions I had about other possible projects. ?I have used this contractor before for flooring, entry door installation, sheet rocking and prior window installations. ?I am currently planning to have them install a through-the-wall air conditioner.

Excellent service and a professional contractor. The contractor was on time and did an excellent job. The framing for the new doors looked great. The contractor also cleaned the entire work area before leaving. I would definitely use his services again.

They were accommodating, clean, professional and willing to work around my buildings ridiculous rules and regs. I would absolutely use them again with or without Lowes. Vinnie and James arrived on time, and in short order, began to crank away at installing the 5 window boxes I'd purchased through lowes. The price on labor, however, I cannot speak to, as it was included in the cost of the windows, however, it's refreshing to meet a contractor who not only manages expectations, but meets them. Diana, the receptionist, was also extremely professional. She understood that I was having challenges with my travel, and we worked out the schedule, her in New Jersey, me in Hong Kong for a business trip. If I could give better than an A+ rating, I would. Thanks again guys!

Vnny and his crew are extremely professional. ?We had them install the new Royal Celect PVC siding on our home, so new Vinny ?had the Royal rep come out to our house and he attended their training program on our behalf! ?Vinny is very accommodating and we felt like our home was being custom built. ?Vinny and his crew are extremely professional. ?We had them install the new siding and trim as we had many custom request throughout our renovation. ?We also had Vinny install new windows we had purchased. ?I would trust him with any project big or small.
