Rudy is the real deal. He is timely in responding, neat and professional and simply a down to earth good person. This job seemed simple to the naive eye. It was rather complicated and he worked through the situation with ease and did an AMAZING job. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. Overall his work was impecable. Further, you would not even know he did all this work as he cleaned up the work area before he left. I would use Rudy again without any hessitation. Given him an A rating is an understatement for the quality work he does---he deserve an A+++!

Rudy was great at communicating and punctual. He knew I was under a time issue as new tenants were moving into this property the next day. He worked hard at fitting a knew handle onto an old frame and door.

We wanted to replace four doors and fix few things in the porch. Rudy did a great job. He was punctual and there were no hidden costs. He also offered to help pick up the doors from home depot. Overall I am satisfied with the job.

The process was great! Rudy was very responsive and professional, and worked with us on rescheduling when we were unable to have the work done on the original date. Also, a part was delivered after the rest of the work was done and he is coming back to install it. We would defiantly hire him again!

Rudy came on time to accessed the job. He was will to accept it even though we had to play it by ear as to when he could get there during the agreed upon week. He kept his communications open, giving me a heads up when he was available. It went well. Rudy was able to reattach my fallen downspout and get it more grips so it would not fall down again. He also checked the other ones plus put screws in all the extensions. I'm also working with Rudy now to see if the inside jobs are something he can do as well.

Tools to the Rescue was one of a few companies I contacted through Angie's List. I decided to go with Tools to the Rescue as Rudy answered the phone, gave the estimate in person and performed the actual work. This gave me comfort as I knew there would be no miscommunication as everything was discussed up front at the appointment. Unfortunately, I have had issues in the past with one person giving an estimate and another person performing the work and there would be problems as there was no communication between them. Rudy was able to accommodate my work schedule for the estimate appointment and was able to start the work when the estimate was agreed on. He was very professional, knowledgable and cleaned up the areas he worked in. When we inquired about possibly removing a section in a bathroom, Rudy was able to explain the pros and cons of doing the project and any possible problems. This information gave us the info we needed to make a more informed decision which we decided was not worth it. Even though the actual work required more than a day, Rudy communicated this so that we were able to make arrangements for him. When the work was completed, Rudy followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. We plan on using Rudy again for some additional work in the near future.

Rudy has been responsive to all my phone calls and emails. He is extremely punctual, arriving on time, and making sure the job is completed and the work area is clean.

We had a great experience with Rudy. I contacted him via email and he called back within an hour. We discussed what needed to be done and he made an appointment to stop by to do an estimate. He was prompt and professional with the estimate. We arranged for a date to do the repairs. The fascia on the front of our house is 2.5 stories up and he said he would need help with the ladder. He said he could hire some help that he would charge through to us or we could help. My husband was home and was able to help with the ladder. He was unable to make the first day that we arranged but he called me two days in advance of that and made a new date (he knew I worked from home and had flexibility on the schedule). He was prompt on the date, did the repairs as needed. He found that the board behind the fascia was rotted also so he replaced that also. He installed the woodwork around our new dishwasher so it looks finished now. He cleaned up, swept and was done in a few hours. He charged extra for the unexpected rotten board replacement, but told us in advance. The bill came to the estimate plus the additional. He missed a board on cleaning up the front, and called me a few hours later to tell me he would come back to get it. I told him no problem and we picked it up ourselves. Rudy is now on our Rolodex for household handyman help.

He was very prompt and conscientious. He followed up with everything. He was friendly, careful, and very clean. The initial price he gave us was about half the price we saw elsewhere, and he packaged the jobs together. We dealt directly with Rudy at all times. I had an issue that came up in my home office, and he was willing to fit us in his schedule promptly.

Rudy returned my call prompty the same day I contacted him. He made an appointment to come to my home and provide an estimate within a couple of days. The work was performed within a week of the estimate. All of the work was done to my satisfaction. Rudy was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Tools to the Rescue and I will definitely use their services in the future.

Rudy was very professional, spread his tarp every time he worked on a project. One of the ceiling fans was still causing problems after Rudy left, but he came back few weeks later and fixed it. I will definitely call him again.

Rudy is pleasant and easy to communicate with. He was very accommodating in saving me some money and allowing me to use my own supplies and finish the spackle/paint job on the sheet rock. Any supplies I didn't have, he had in his truck. As a new homeowner, I'll definitely need Rudy to do some more improvements and repairs in the future, and he was nice enough to patiently walk around the house with me as we discussed things that needed to be done.
