Was lovely working with Hank (he came and did the estimate). I was really happy when they said the work could be done in a couple of days! Very happy with the roof and the work they had to do on an attached gardening shed.

The cost included siding, shutters, plus a new roof, new gutters, some repairs on the roof. I am an "absentee landlord" and was worried about having work done that I couldn't personally oversee or inspect. The Seci Construction company staff went to great pains to explain the various aspects of the materials and the installation, and the guaranteed workmanship by long-term employees, not temporary day laborers who might not have the skills, or who might get injured on the job. He explained all the steps it would take and answered my many questions. I was pleased with the extreme care taken to assure me. My agents on the scene were very impressed with the work, the clean up, and the appearance of the house. It is like a brand new house, and I'm so glad I finally had this work done.

Great company! Hired them for my Clifton residence and Garfield 2 family. Akil the owner tries to be present throughout entire process and always had Reni, site supervisor present to ensure everything ran smoothly. Very pleased with end result. First off I would like to say my family was more than thrilled with Seci Construction's service and attention to detail that we ended up hiring them for not one roofing job but 2 in the same month. Every aspect of our project with Seci Construction was pleasant. Communication was excellent. Everything - and I mean everything - was spelled out beforehand by Sadri and Hank. An incredibly detailed contract with costs and specifics, leaving nothing open to interpretation. And when we needed something extra done due to an unforeseen circumstance with some rotted molding, Ziggy came to me to get approval before purchasing or replacing the section in question. We had a couple very minor things we needed touched up when the job was finished and Akil, Ziggy and Manny arrived the next day to take care of it without hesitation. Incredibly friendly and courteous crew. Cleanup was excellent also. The yard was free from nails and debris. We paid a little more with Seci than a couple of other estimates we were provided, but we felt the material, workmanship and attention paid to many levels of detail were well worth it. The quality of the roof and gutter installation is light years ahead of our previous roof and gutters. We'd recommend Seci to anybody needing a new roof. Thank you for a job well done.

Trustworthy, fair, and friendly

I obtained 3 estimates prior to contacting Seci Construction. All tried pointing little things out and raising their prices. What separated Achillies (Seci) from the 3 prior companies was his honestly. He proved that some minor things mentioned by the 3 companies were not need but instead pointed out the important things the other "big name companies" fail to point out. Straight forward, honest and very easy to get a hold of. I hired them on the spot. Their team were at my house at 8am the next morning and the roof was done by the time I returned from work. While at work, they maintained constant contact and texted me pictures throughout the entire project. AMAZING WORK ! ! Clean up was spotless like they weren't even there. VERY SATISFIED AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! !

I just bought a house and realized the roof needed to be replaced. Got Pricing from half a dozen companies. SECI Construction is excellent. Akil came home and explained everything. The pricing was best and quality of work was top notch. Crew came in at 7:30Am and finished by 6PM - 3400 sq ft roof. They even took me up on to the roof to show me what plywood was damaged and which ones they were replacing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM - BEST PRICE, TOP QUALITY, EXCELLENT SERVICE, AND VERY VERY VERY HONEST. I found a few nails in my lawn and Akil sent another team in a few dys to sweep the whole property with Magnets.

Jason the sales rep in this area was very responsive to all my calls and questions. The crew came on time and worked very hard, they did a great job and were very courteous and very neat, they left the grounds very clean.. I would recommen Seci construction.

I interviewed 4 roofers for the job....Hank was by far the best saleman and was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me. It started with a very good initial presentation showing us the quality materials to be used. It wasn���t the lowest bid we received but the biggest selling point was the guarantee which was twice as long as any other company. When they ripped off the 2 layers of roofing material there was quite a bit of water damage to the plywood under lament and I was contacted immediately by the owner, Akil, with pictures and video of the damage. They stopped work until I had made the decision to replace all the plywood which added to the cost as per the contract. After removing the plywood they discovered a number of rafters that needed to be replace. The owner assured me that they would do this at no additional cost. Now thinking that a one day job is now going to be 3 to 4 days, SECI assured me that they���d be done in 2 days. Sure enough, they finished up by the end of day 2 and Akil stopped by to make sure I was completely satisfied. They did a very good job with the cleanup and there was minimal damage to surround foliage. I asked if I should take any spare shingles, their reply was why, you have any problems you call us and we will take care of it. Go with SECI, honest, reliable and very professional.

I had to replace a broken limestone for my porch. the company performed good quality job as promised and charged agreed upon amount. The owner was professional and offered alternative solutions as the project was complicated by the rail, which had to be cut and than welded back.

As part of our roof replacement project, we needed to have a new attic fan installed. As luck would have it, the fan that was installed had a faulty thermostat - it wouldn't shut off! I went up the attic to shut it off only to find out that the fan is hard wired! I was annoyed because the attic fan it replaced had an on/off switch. That evening, the outside temperature dropped to 60 F. I was not amused. I called Seci Construction right away the next day - the person who did the job came immediately and worked with the problem diligently. When he could not fix it - he called the owner and he came with a technician. They worked on it for a quite while but could not get it to work without a new thermostat. The next week, they came and installed the new thermostat - it was very hot that day and even hotter in the attic - but they got to work until it was all fixed. No charge!! The attic fan works beautifully now. I will give Akil and his team the highest grade for being responsible wrt their work and for being very responsive to customer's complaints.

The Sales person was very professional and very informative - taught me a lot about roofing (the veracity of which I confirmed). The crew was very efficient, the entire roof replacement was completed in one day! They cleaned up really well - even removed the tiles/liner that were caught among the tree branches! Couldn't have had a more stress free experience given that the roof needed to be replaced.
