Mark was a great salesmen . Walked me thru the steps of roofing . He knew what he was talking about . It made the decision too pick this company quite easy.

I appreciated the detailed quote and change process. The crew was efficient and did a very good job on clean up. They were careful to not damage any of the flowers and planting around the house and protected the deck for the most part. They provided options and the choices were mine. I would recommend SECI Construction.

Overall experience was an A++ all the way, from meeting with the representative who gave estimate (also named Hank) to meeting with the owner (Akilies). They did such a great job with doing a strip of old roof and new roof replacing a few pieces of plywood and reshingling all in 1 day and the next day did vented soffits and last day did all new gutters and we went from 4" to new 6" gutters. All employees were very friendly and very well trained. I expressed to owner and Forman that I had a service dog and to please do a good job with clean up. They did a great job with clean up and ran the magnetic wheel 3 times threw the yard and used a gas blower to blow down property. I have gotten positive reviews from family, friends that I sent pictures to, neighbors and people passing by. I would rate this company an A++ all the way. You wont be disappointed by giving them a call.

I received numerous quotes for a new roof, I did my research and SECI was hands down the best option. They provided competitive pricing, the best warranty and thoroughly explained the entire process to me from start to finish. The crew was very professional and they were able to complete my roof in one day despite an afternoon rain storm. We started the process of getting a new roof with a very thorough consultation with Hank - who is also the president of the company. He broke everything down and made the case for why SECI's product and method was the way for us to go. His sales pitch was incredibly detailed, but never made you feel trapped or like you were getting a hard sell. He then took care of the measurements and quoted me a price that was reasonable enough that I cancelled my next consultation appointment and went forward with SECI. After waiting out some bad weather, we got some clear days and the crew arrived promptly at 8am and worked straight until after 8pm - completing all of the main house and making sure the detached garage was completely sealed and waterproofed before calling it a day and returning the following morning to finish and clean up from 8am-11am. They were thorough and aside from the new roof, you wouldn't know they had been there - which is impressive given the level of debris and mess caused from the job the day before. Hank and Achilles gave us a fair price, walked us through all of our options, showed us what they were doing as they did it and finished the work in the time that they said they would. And the roof looks great.

The crew arrived early in the day and worked very professionally and efficiently. Despite inclement weather at the end of the day, the roof was installed beautifully and our property was cleaned up without any debris remaining. The roof looks amazing! I highly recommend this company.

They do very good work! Mostly sub-contracted these days, but the teams are very good. We had the roof totally re-shingled, new gutters with aluminum helmet guards and new downspouts, new facia with replaced rotten wood and new vinyl soffits. $48k all-in, but very much worth it in the end; especially with the 50 yr warranty. This is the third job on 3 different properties that I have used Seci for since back in 2004. Like I said, they do very good work. If you want something outside of the norm, get samples of everything before demolition and hammer out the fine details. Sourcing special colors and hardware was a nightmare following COVID but they did a great job in finding us what we wanted even though it took longer than it would have normally.

Excellent work! Professional crew. Price as per quote. Replaced all shingles and repaired rotting sheathing. Work completed in 1 1/2 days with total cleanup. Would hire again.

I had a good experience with them- starting with getting the quote, the explanation of the w irk and steps involved and then the actual replacement of the roof which went as explained. Overall a very experience with a contractor

So far, so good. They arrived at 8am and finished at dusk. Very hard working crew. Very professional. Everything looks good so far. Waiting for a hard rain to be the final test.

The price was reasonable. They came on time. They did everything in one day. Due to heavy wind and probably not properly set up tarps some thing flew of the roof. But at the end the roof is beautiful and the only casualty was broken security light.

After meeting with a few contractors, we chose SECI CONSTRUCTION to replace our 23 year old roof. They were extremely professional and arrived on time and completed the work in 2 days. A serious leak and rot problem was discovered by Eddy, the project manager. He ripped out the damaged portion of our roof and siding and repaired the entire area. This was not covered in the contract but it's a good sign to see this attention to detail. The crew was professional and courteous. Clean-up was spectacular and I have yet to find a single nail after 3 days! We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with SECI CONSTRUCTION!
