He was prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced. Locksmiths often have you over a barrel when you need them and I appreciated that he wasn't looking to take advantage of the situation. I had a few weird issues with phone communication, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I would definitely use him again.

Very professional & courteous

Ryan showed up at the time promised for both giving us an estimate and to do the actual installation. All work was done as promised at the agreed upon price. He met our schedule for the estimate and installation. I would definitely use him in the future.

He came to give the estimate right away so that was good. He was ordering a porch lock unit for me, and we were waiting for a good 2 weeks. He kept telling me it was the company that he was ordering from, I'm not entirely sure I believe him, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. We ended up canceling that order and ordering a more expensive part from another company, which he did get immediately and came that same day. So in the end, I can assume the delay was not his fault. I'm only giving 4 stars because the communication was not ideal. I had to reach out to them for status updates, but overall recommended
