computer repair
+ -1 morePete said he could fix the problems on my computer. He said he was going to get another mother board for my computer as it was completely destroyed. He had my computer for about 3 weeks and still did not have a new mother board. He appeared to have no training and continued to make excuses for why my computer was not fixed yet. After 3 weeks off waiting for the problems to be fixed I took my computer to a friend to fix it. Pete was very rude and told bold faced lies to me. He also charged me for diagnostics and refused to credit it back to me.
Description of Work: I took my computer to Pete for repairs after I received close to 700 problems on my computer from a security software I downloaded.
