I waited for more than a month and never received an estimate. The verbal estimate that I did receive was far above the market rate.

We had a difficult time with Mikula Contracting Inc We did it in two stages, first they would come and take the stumps out and then they would come back and grade the property and give us a separate estimate for grading the property. We signed an agreement in March and they didn't come until the end of May to take the Stumps out. We had difficulty because the generator was going in and we really wanted the roots to be taken out because we it was close to the generator and we didn't want the heavy equipment out there with the generator. Every time we called they said they would be there at the end of the week or the next week and they said that for over two months. They didn't take out all the roots, they were supposed to do that later but they did a good job taking out the stumps, we won't ever use this company again. We finally had to get the generator guy to call them and tell them they needed to get the generator in.

Came on time, made a difficult job look easy. Both men that were sent were professional, pleasant and courteous. Everything was handled for me, permits, inspections. Felt the price was fair. Had to have some work done recently and had the same positive experience. Would use again and would highly recommend.
