They asked me to turn it on,which you don’t do for a cleaning.l smelled a strong burning smell.They said l needed a new furnace from Comfort Partners.This was July.November came no new furnace,no answers from many phone calls.l was now freezing with health problems.l got it repaired from someone else.They burned out my motor.l don’t want this to happen to anyone else .
Description of Work: Got involved with a program called Comfort Partners who sent Jet Air to clean my WORKING furnace.
