 + 1 moreJeff came to fix the dining room light I believe a day or so after I called. The new switch works but disengages the timer. A bedroom ceiling fan light flickered or would not go on at all, I thought it was a loose wire, but was told the switch needed to be tightened. He tightened the switch, it worked for the 4 seconds he tested it and never worked again. An outdoor outlet needed to be replaced but it was raining so he promised to come back within a week. He never came back. I left detailed voice mails and spoke to Rose numerous times but Rose could not schedule anything until speaking with Jeff. She always promised to call back and NEVER did. After 6 weeks I finally caught Rose and told her I would contact the BBB if she did not return my call, schedule a repair date and resolve the problems. She left a message the next day saying that I can go buy parts, schedule another appointment and pay them more money to fix these things because these were all NEW problems.
