On the hottest day of the year, my central air conditioner broke. It was almost 23 years old and water began to leak from my ceiling. I immediately went to Angie’s and right away a coupon popped up for this company. Someone actually answered the phone, it was Joey and after I explained to him what was going on he told me to shut the unit off and he could be out there first thing in the morning or later that day to assess the situation. He came later that day and unclogged the drain from the unit so that at least I could keep the unit on while a new unit was ordered. He didn’t even charge me for the visit that day. One day later he gave me a very reasonable price $6500 for a new system. I also had the heating unit replaced for an additional $2000. The very next day a three man crew showed up and within 5 1/2 hours I had a brand new unit. I was impressed with the knowledge, expertise, experience, respect for property, and quality of work that I witnessed. I was very fortunate to have called them first and I will use them in the future to check on the health of my system. A+.

i replaced the boiler in january 2021, october 2021 the boiler did not start, i have 1 year manufacture warranty on all parts, 2 year labour warranty from go pro hvac they tried to tell me i need a new boiler for $7000, after charging me $6400 in january

The technicians came out and explained the whole process and made it simple for me to understand what needed to be done. From the moment they answered my call to the end of the install, these guys were amazing. Pricing was super reasonable and the work was beyond my expectations. I love the work so much I even had them come back to do more work I had been pushing off for some time. Thanks GO PRO!! You guys definitely out-did yourselves.

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I thought i needed my furnace replaced but he gave me the best cost efficient solution and didn’t try to break my pockets They are the best at what they do. Highly recommend, my furnace hasn’t given me issues since.

Hiring any other company in Northern Jersey for HVAC needs would be foolish. These guys exceeded expectations beyond belief. They came to diagnose the unit and told us what the problem was. They didn't even charge for coming out and figuring out what was wrong with our air conditioner unit. They only said to please think of them if we decide to replace the unit. We decided despite the cost, it was wise to replace it now rather than have a temporary fix in place. Joey and Ace came out the next day as they promised to change our air unit. Once they saw the state of the attic ventilator and heating unit, they advised us to have those replaced as well. The units were nearly 30 years old and all rusted inside. They also told us the current unit for AC we had (which was for 4.5 tons) was way too big for our apartment. They measured and calculated offered energy saving options. They also gave us an incredible deal for replacing everything. I priced it out elsewhere and they were right. They did cut us a good deal. When we decided to go ahead and change the furnace as well, they drove back to their offices to pick up the furnace and came back. I was really impressed with these guys' work ethic. They worked non-stop from 10am-7pm. They cleaned out all the ductwork. Still, they came back the next day checked the chimney and prepared the gasline for the winter and they changed the thermostat for us. I only wish I could find employees like Joey and Ace. They are credit to the company. Next year, we will have to replace the HVAC system for the rental apartment below us. Needless to say, I will call GoPro for all our heating/cooling and plumbing needs. But specifically, I will be calling Joey and Ace to come and do the job. Thank you guys! You were great.
