Our son was a marine ready to ship out to Iraq, the morning before his deployment a wind storm blew through,cracking our 25 foot fiberglass pole at the base. We were very uneasy about this, contacted Gates who installed the pole some 10 years earlier, they said they could come out in a few days. We told them of our son and our uneasiness, and to our amazement they were there the next morning to install a new pole at the same price they did 10 years earlier, they also gave us free of charge a new American Flag and a Marine Corp flag, they said it was there way of thanking us for our son's service. I am forever grateful for their act of kindness and understanding of our fears and worries for our son. I have since bought many flags and another flag pole where I work, and each time I have been treated professionally, order always arrived on time and at a fair price. Thankyou Gates, the only flag company I want to deal with.
