The person in charge, Steffan Boney, gets high marks for communication. He responds very quickly, can set everything up over the phone, and delivers the service as promised. Very flexible once on-site; agreeable to work the project with the customer's input. They did a very nice job on worn, neglected carpeting at my parents home. Vacuumed, shampooed, then repeat vacuumed to finish. Worked quickly and efficiently. Carried in everything they needed with them. Job well done.

Steffan and Ed did a fantastic job. I have a very light rug and it had a lot of stains. With great attention to detail they really cleaned it up well and made it look like new. The service was phenomenal and the price was very reasonable. And, by the way, they also got all of the mold out of the tiles in my bathroom! I can t say enough positive things. I highly recommend these guys!
