Excellent. I spoke with Steffan when he called me at 1:56 and at 4:00 he was walking out my place having beautifully cleaned and sanitized the carpet in one of my bedrooms as requested. Best service I've ever received from any service person. Forget same-day. That would have been impressive enough. But within hours of first contact, the job was completed. W**... I got lucky and caught him at the end of his day. He was calling to schedule out for days from now but I asked him if he could do it today and so he did. Bravo Steffan... You and I must be the only ones on the planet who operate our businesses like this. I appreciate you.

It went great. Steffan arrived promptly both times and did a great job. He even did a couple of extra things I asked him to, last minute, which was very nice of him. I would definitely hire him again for any other projects.

They did a fabulous job, getting stains and pet odor out of my sofa and rug. I was very pleased.

The carpet in my entry, living and dining rooms, and stairs looks amazing, truly like new. Steffan got out every stain, which is saying a lot. Not only is Steffan great at what he does, but he is super professional and accommodating. He followed up to confirm the appointment and even pushed it back an hour at my request, on short notice. He also prices his work very fairly. It is only a matter of time before I call Steffan once more.

Steffan did a remarkable job on our cream color nursery rocking chair. My daughter got sick on it (red sauce) and I left it it bad shape after my attempt to spot clean. He was able to get the spots out after almost 48 hours. I will be using him again to clean my carpets. Wonderful service!

They came on time. They were professional and polite. They took stain out of my white rug that have been there for awhile. The rugs look great. I was very happy.

My scheduled appointment was 8am. They arrived at 730am. It was great. They started cleaning after a brief overview of what needed to be done. Extremely professional I will be using their services again and will recommend them. Very happy and so was the homeowner.

Very well. They arrived on time and explained the process. They cleaned every corner of the sofa and were very diligent in making sure they covered any stain on it. They were efficient and the process took half an hour. They were cordial.

Wouldn't ever waste my time/money again renting a carpet cleaner or buying a can of anything in a store. NEVER gets the carpet as clean, fresh, & brand new looking like these guys can! Excellent. I used them before and also recommended them to friends. I have used Sears and Stanleyvcleaners in the past. My furniture has never had such a deep cleaning. It looks like new.

Amazing!! My toddler poured coffee on our wool rug 5 days ago and they were able to get it all out. Looks amazing!
