Description of Work: I gave this company a down payment of 1000.00. They were actually trying to charge 3720.00. They came and put in a a old air conditioning unit and it was already used. I was paying for a brand new one and when they came over they put it in at night which should have been a red flag. This company never gave me a warranty, there was no model number, and they were trying to charge salex taxes if I did not pay with cash. I had to submit a police report on this company and when I had someone come check the AC unit out he said it was manufactured in 2012; it had been used, and it did not even work.
