It went very well. Corey Genardi responded promptly to my call seeking an estimate. After he was selected to do the work, his workers arrived at the designated time on the designated day. The work was completed promptly. All materials being discarded were removed and the yard was left in good order. The workers were polite and Corey was very professional. We would recommend Genardi to our friends and neighbors.

Excellent jpb performed in timely manner. All debris cleaned up and removed.

Corey came out and took a look at our roof. There were no loose tiles, but we were told by someone else that there were loose tiles. It turned out the other people were not telling the truth. There was a service charge for it, but it was understandable. We think that Corey does excellent work. He did the work directly behind our house and that guy was very satisfied as well.

First of all, the weather did not cooperate starting with Hurricane Sandy. I did not push to have the job done immediately after the storm as I figured Cory would have a load of emergency jobs. We had a couple of small leaks, but nothing that required an immediate response. I was very impressed with the crew that did the work. They arrived before the schedule start on both days and left at dark. They were very efficient as they went about the job, no wasting time, etc. I have seen the other side over the years. The jobsite was left as clean as the morning the guys started the work. They protected our shrubs from falling debris with plywood and tarps. I would recommend C. Genardi Contracting, Inc. to anyone needing work done on their roofs.

From estimate to end they guy was great. Very professional, on time, good price. Very courteous. Showed up in the morning, I went to work, came home to a new roof. You would not know he was there. They cleaned up so well not one nail or shingle was left. Roof is awesome!
