Blueray HVAC

The air conditioning stopped working the Sunday before memorial day. I called blu ray, who I am used in the past that sunday night, anticipating that I would not hear back until Tuesday, given it was the holiday weekend. First thing monday morning I got a call from Sam telling me he would come to the house in the afternoon. The AC and the furnace we're installed when we first moved in to the house in the early nineties and it was time for an upgrade. On friday morning, the blue ray team was at the house to make the necessary repairs. By early afternoon, everything was up and running to our satisfaction. I would certainly use Blue ray again and i would highly recommend blue ray to others.

Blueray has serviced my mom's AC for years. We needed a new system this year, and they gave us the best price. The installation was done smoothly and quickly.

I wanted to update my last review of BluRay HVAC, but there's no provision to do change it here on Angie's List that I can see. So, I'd like to apologize to Matt & Sam at BluRay for not being able to change my last review. Here's my latest review: Matt returned to my rental property at the time we had previously discussed earlier in the morning. He called me from there to thoroughly go over the issue the furnace was having. He ended up cleaning the flame sensor, and now the furnace is working fine. The only reason I am not giving a perfect rating, is because I don't like that some companies, including BluRay, now charge everyone an expensive service fee just to say hi. A lot of these companies started charging these fees when gas prices went up a few years back, but the price of gas has come down now, but the fees are still being charged to customers. But, I appreciate the good work that BluRay did for me on their return visit. Thank you very much, Sam & Matt!

Sam & his guys did a great job, neat install, old unit removal. A C nice and cold.

Most places were trying to rob me or charge for consultation, then I called Blue Ray HVAC. He gave me an estimate over the phone and they were very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. I Highly recommend!

Excellent. This was done in July in a middle of a heat wave. They were able to do the job quickly just a few days after they were hired as obviously it was a very busy time of the year for this business. They were very clean very professional and had it all working quickly.
