I had called and spoken to Dave, the owner, about deck repairs and restoration and when I tried to get the date I was available, he said they were busy but could get me in Thursday, April 5th at 5pm with Justin, for an estimate appointment. At 5:15pm,on Thursday, April 5th, I called to see if they were still coming out, but got voicemail. I then called again at 5:25pm, after no one had shown up, and Dave picked up. I asked him if Justin was still coming out and he said, "oh, Justin hadn't called you earlier today? He was going to try to reschedule the appointment." I told him that no one from the company had called me. That I had left early from work to make this appointment. Dave said he was going to call Justin and would give me a call right back. After an hour went by, I called back and left a message on Dave's voicemail informing him that I had other things to tend to that evening and was waiting to hear back if Justin was still coming out. As of me writing this review, the morning of Friday April 6th, I had still not received that promised call.I guess that they were just too busy for a potential new customer. I would not recommend them to anyone.
