In the coldest time of winter, my furnace went - a huge undertaking.. Ceaser was SUPER fast to reply to my emergency need. Raw materials were ordered quickly and efficiently, work commenced and was completed BEFORE others said they could even start. All-in all in one day I had heat. Cesear and his crew were courteous, professional, prompt and delivered as promised. He is now my future plumber for any and all projects.

They were on time, clean, courteous, professional and knew their business. There was a leak in the sensor valve that was the fault of the manufacturer. When I called about the leak, they were here the next day, Caesar found the fault, his people came in and it was fixed expeditiously. I would recommend A &C Quality Air to anybody.

They did a great job. Listens and takes time to listen and explain you the differences between different models and provides you with options. Ceasar went to check the airducts in our attics where he found that the airduct has no continuity going to one of the bedroom so it is not getting any heat last winter. I was deciding between installing a ductless type and a central air. He recommended a central air since we already have airducts being used for heat. He assured us that it will work once they installed the aircon and promised to fix the airducts upstairs. After installation and fixing the airducts the air still barely reaches our bedroom but it doesn't get very hot, an electric fan when it gets hot. Not sure when it really gets hot. I hope we don't have to add a window type aircon when it really gets hot. As for workmanship, I am happy with how the electric wires were done the way I wanted it done since I was at home when the electrician installed the electricals. But I am not happy with the way the aircon coolant copper tubings were installed, it doesn't look good coming out through the house sidings and went down near the ground where it could get hit accidentally and break as it this on the driveway side. However I would still recommend them.

A&C quality air is the best contractor I have dealt with in a very long time. They installed a Lennox mini-split AC system for my 2nd floor. Cesar came out on a Sunday to give me an estimate and gave me a price on the spot. He said he could do the project by the end of the same week. It was finished by Thursday for substantially less the my other estimate. The crew was very neat, courteous and considerate. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC project. I wish more contractors had Cesar's work ethic!!!

The project was finished excellent on time. They laid down trap so they wouldn't dirty our home. They were very professional for installation steam boiler. I will recommend everybody to hire them. Excellent job.

They were great definitely recommend them. They laid down tarp so they wouldn't dirty our floors and they cleaned up all their work so nicely wouldn't even know someone had worked there. Great service great price. They installed our central air system and rerouted our thermostat to the upstairs.
