upholstery cleaning
+ -1 moreThe couch was very expensive, and I had it covered just a few years ago. The couch was a pale beige with blue flowers. One of the center cushions is now orange on the front.
Description of Work: They took water from my kitchen (about 2 gallons), poured it into their machine, and mixed it with some kind of chemical. They did some sort of scrubbing treatment. I paid them, and I went back to look at the couch, and the couch's varnish was taken off the siding, and the couch was miscolored. It now has dirt marks on it all over which is strange because it was not dirty in the first place.

+ -1 moreTHEY GOT ALL OF THE WORK DONE IN ABOUT THE TIMEFRAME THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING PRETTY GOOD. THEY WERE COOPERATIVE AND MOVED ALL OF THE FURNITURE THEMSELVES SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO.
Description of Work: THEY CAME AND CLEANED THE ENTIRE HOUSE.
