Mr. Giovanny Calle was very professsional, patient and understanding throughout this basement renovation project. The men were quick to work and completed all tasks with care. If anything needed to be corrected, Mr. Calle sent out his men, as needed and did not abandon the project once the money was paid in full. My family highly recommends this company for all construction projects.

We love our new kitchen, and would recommend A-1 Capital for kitchen remodel. Giovanny took care of all problems which arose during contruction, our house was built in the 20's and there were some surprises. Both he and his crew ar professional and we would use them again in future projects.

Giovanny Calle is wonderful to work with, his staff are so professional and work to a very high standard. They simply transformed my basement and bathroom into my dream space. I am truly delighted, loved working with everyone and will hire them again for future projects. The job took longer only because I added other things, they put recessed lighting in my living room, painting the entire cieling in the process, and gutted a small room to give me california style closets. I cannot wait to start the next project!

Overall, I was very pleased with my kitchen project. Giovanny was very good in keeping me abreast of what was being done and when. If I had a concern, he was quick to address it for me and discuss the path forward. I took my time in actually hiring someone for this kitchen project because of the bad experience I have had with construction crews in the past, but I must say I am very pleased that I choose A-1 Construction. I love my new kitchen and will use A-1 again. In fact, now with my new kitchen, the rest of my house just needs a touch up here and there to complete my overall look and I do plan to use A-1 Construction to do this.

Working with A-1 was great. We've had many other workers in our house, and A-1 was a pleasant surprise. I was impressed from the very beginning. The quote was very straight forward and the pricing for everything was quickly emailed to me in a very professional document. They were very accommodating with start times, as I had a serious plumbing issue that had to be taken care of before they started. It turned out that the plumbers I had working on this problem were completely incompetent and A-1 ended up quickly and efficiently fixing this major issue for me. The work was done faster than I expected and they were very clean and professional.

The work was done professionally and the individual workers dis good work.

Giovanni and all his associates were very professional. They were prompt, worked fast and with a personal touch that showed in the final product. We were very happy with everything.

My project started off as a simple kitchen remodeling job however it turned out ot be anything but simple. After the demolition was completed there were hidden "challenges" behind the walls such as problems with the support beam, and heating vents that had to be moved. A-1 was very professional and reasonable in correcting these problems. Dennis is an excellent carpenter and the trades that worked with A-1 were professional and reasonable in their price as well. In the end, we now have a beautiful kitchen and are very happy with it.

They took too long to complete the project, because they were working on multiple jobs. They tried to get out out of doing work that was on the contract. They did not check the work they did, and everything did not work properly. They use the cheapest materials they can get.

We are still in the process but I have no doubt that I chose the best contractor for the job. We're doing a bath remodel and are happy with the company we chose. Giovanny Calle and his crew are exceptional workers. They are doing whatever necessary to make things work and are very patient, helping us to decide on the best for our situation. I have other projects in mind and will definitely use A-1 Construction. Their prices are reasonable and the workmen professional and courteous.

Our experience with A-1 construction was wonderful. We both previously did not have any experience with construction companies and remodeling, so we interviewed several people and did a lot of research. Immediately when we met Giovanni, we felt his genuine concern for our project. He seemed caring and sincere and also timely and dependable. We were right! Communication was Giovanni's strongest quality, as we always received a call back right away when we had a question or concern, and he saw the project through to the very end. We also grew to like his team very much, and the work they do is impressive and professional!

I Buyer beware, I hired a1 to do complete remodel of 1st fl of 2 family. They gutted the apartment very well however the remodel did not go nearly as smooth or quickly. I had Bruce hardwood floor installed in foyer, kitchen and bedroom. I am not at all happy with all the gaps that were left because the floors were done so poorly. Paint job was poor, 3 to 4 tries, I gave up and just wanted the worker out of my house. I had a heated floor installed in master bath and it has yet to work. The closets in small hall and my bedroom were never completed and to top it all off I was asked for a payment before it was actually due by contract.

Although we started out just a bit shaky, by the middle to end of the project we were on the same page. A1 is a fine contractor with very reasonable pricing. We would use them again.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD CARPENTER WORKING WITH THEM (WHICH IS HARD TO FIND). THERE WERE A FEW DO-OVERS BUT THEY HANDLED IT. THE KITCHEN AND BATH TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL. THEY HAD THE PHOTOS ON THIER WEBSITE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

We had a wonderful experience with A1 Construction, everyone was very profession and courteous. They worked with us from the beginning of the project to its completion. They were very accommodating with any changes or request we had as the project progressed. We are every happy with the finish product.
