Everything was fine. They were neat, nice, and worked long hours to get the job done.

They are a very professional company. They were not the most expensive company but it was pricey.

We obtained the estimate in April and out 5 different offers, this one was by far the best. We also heard from neighbors regarding the great reputation of the company. We got our basement waterproofed on 6/24/09 and so far things have been great. There was a lot of noise while they were here due to the nature of the job (drilling around the perimeter), but they were very courteous, professional and the clean up was great.

They only sent 1 person to do the work, and it really required more than 1. I had to call 2 times to get them to correct it. They charged my cc at the end for the remaining balance without even calling to ask if that was the card I wanted to use.

Everything from the sales call right on through cleanup was just very well done. The price was very competitive too.

Excellent!!!!! I had a water problem in my basement for years. After finding 1st quality on Angie's list, I gave them a call. I was given an estimate and soon after the work began. They did a great job,were always on time and were done in less than 2 days. After several rain storms that would have rendered my basement unusable, my basement is bone dry. I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend them. Because my foundation was not what they thought, they took $1200.00 off of my original estimate! I thought that was incredible! Everything was all very positive. The estimate was correct. They came in and got the job done in one day. We have not had any major rains to test it but it does seem to be working. They were willing and available to answer all the questions I had to my satisfaction.

They were very punctual and they were worked very well. Also cleaned up all their work that they didn't leave any mess. They had reasonable price and the quality was good. Did the job to my satisfaction.

The quality of work was good. I'm still waiting for a really hard rain to make sure there are no problems though. They got everything finished quickly and were done all in one day. I got three different estimates and this companies was actually the lowest of the three. They were on time and did a nice job of cleaning everything up.

They did a good job and I have no complaints with them. I would recommend them to other people and I will use their services again in the future.

It was a worry free experience for me. The noise from the jack-hammer was very minimal, they cleaned up everything and took all the garbage with them. I had a wonderful experience. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

I appreciated that they were on time. They gave me a presentation and answered all of my questions. They did not try to pressure me or scare me into making a decision and they made sure I understood the work that needed to be done. Their prices are reasonable and every time I called them with a question a person would answer the phone and if not they would call right back. They came out on August 28th to do the work. After that, I waited for rain from the tropical storm, and I didn?t get any water in the basement, plus it pumped out a lot of water. I was pleased with the service and with the salesperson. They sent me a form asking for my response on the work that was done. I have gotten an estimate from them for more work to be done on a later date.

The young man who came to do the estimate was on time, helpful in presenting alternatives, and courteous. No high pressure pitch at all. He did an excellent job explaining how the system worked and what would be done. The crew came to do the job several weeks after I agreed to have the work performed. They were prompt, courteous and very efficient. They were so good that my basement was considerably cleaner after they were done than at any time during the past 20 plus years I've lived in my house. The work was done efficiently, quickly and very professionally, with minimal disruption to our house. Overall, I am very pleased with the job done and with the company.

I was quite happy with the professionalism of the office and the entire job. Literature was mailed to prepare us for the salesman's appointment. Estimates were e-mailed back and forth and corrections made to our satisfaction. The workers showed up on time and were very pleasant to work with. They also installed a plastic barrier before starting on the dirty work of drilling the cement. This saved a big clean up job. Job was completed on time. We have only had a small rainstorm since the installation, but there was no water on the basement floor. Will write another report if things go wrong, but so far, so good.

Good experience overall. The installers were very professional and clean considering it was done on a rainy day and there was a lot of movement of materials in and out of the house. The guys arrived punctually but the job took a bit longer than expected. There were no issues in arranging for them to come back to finish up minor touch ups.

They explained what the problem was and what they were going to do. I asked many many questions through email that were answer promptly.

I had a very positive experience from the minute I called Quality 1st Basement Systems (1-866-715-1306) for some information and to schedule an in-home estimate. The sales manager, Dan McNally, was very informative and professional about my options. He recommended the Triple Safe Sump Pump system for the ultimate basement sump pump protection and informed me of other good systems to think about like their Sani-Dry Dehumidifier if I was going to finish the basement. Very honest and pleasant, no hard sell. The Triple Safe Sump Pump system was installed on 10/18/07 by William, Technician. William was very informative about the installation process, all floors leading to the basement were covered, and the surrounding work area in the basement was also covered with plastic sheets to contain any dust. Incredibly neat job with lots of attention to finishing details. I never thought a sump pump system could actually look great. Awesome job start to finish!

They did a good job, were on time and have since done one additional repair for no extra cost.

This job is something that I was considering doing myself but due to time constraints I wanted to contract it out. The sales consultant was very professional, diagnosed the problem, and offered his solution. No "scare tactics" were used like some of the other basement waterproofing contractors I had. The price was very competitive and scheduling was no problem. The installation took 1 day with 3 guys working. There were a few snags but they were each handled very well. Jackhammering was very loud and there was some dust, but this was known ahead of time, and I had the family cleared out beforehand for the entire day. The finished look is 100 times better than I could have done. Their sump pump system is clean looking and water/airtight. The finished concrete job looks great. Altogether an extremely professional and pleasant experience. We have had several rain storms (some severe) and the basement has been bone dry, when it otherwise would have flooded.

The installation of the sump pump and the drilling caused much dirt and dust but the laborers did not leave until they cleaned up.

Even though I told the salesperson and later faxed the company that I cannot move the shelves and boxes around; their workers were extremely reluctant to do so telling me they were not told they had to do that. When they finished they didn't put things back and they covered things so perfunctorily that everything was covered in concrete dust. Nothing escaped. It cost me hundreds of dollars to have everything moved back into place and to clean the basement.

They were on time, very professional, and I had an overall great experience.
