Description of Work: I had the system installed about 4 years ago since then there has been numerous requests to inspect the installation as there is earth coming up behind one area of the french drain system as well as the system is not flush in several areas as noted in their brochure. I have also requested several times to have the disharge pipe fixed at street due to cracking sidewalk, they have been here numerous times as recently about 2 weeks ago and the 2 techs did not have the SOW and/or tools to do the job, in addition it has been inspected 2-3 times previously which is frustrating me further. Another company has come in to instal an air filtration and has acknowledged the drainage system is not installed properly as to Quality firsts company policy ans well to his experiences. Very unhappy with the way this company follows up on their customers needs, will not recommend.
