the only problem was they called to cancel the first job scheduled date on the morning of the appointment and had to reschedule abut 4 weeks later.

Had foundation support done. Very courteous. Professional. Complaints: The carpet is worse for wear and they didnâ t always hit the 4 corner connection point of tiles with their drilling.

Luis AGuirre my foreman was very knowledgeable about his craft. As soon as he arrived he handed me his card and got right to work. Him and his colleagues worked straight through with no break or lunch even though I offered to treat them. They politely said they preferred to keep working to finish the job. Juan Garcia & his crew did an outstanding job. I was amazed they were able to complete the job in such a short time. In addition they left the work area cleaner then when they started. I was completely satisfied with the quality of workmanship. They are to be congratulated.

Luis Aguirre and his team did an outstanding job. They were on time, finished a tough project on time and cleaned up spotless! Luis explained in detail the work they will perform and tested together with me there the correct operation of the system . He als explained the system how it operates and answered all my questions in detail. I am a happy customer!

Very professional, was to be a two day project, they were able to complete it in one day which was very convenient for us. I was shocked at how clean they left the space compared to a previous basement company we hired for other work.

They were efficient, clean and friendly. I was happy with the job. If I had one criticism, it would be not color matching the crack sealant to my concrete.

The service was a little pricey, but the people and work were great.

Josh performed my initial service for the triple safe system I had installed a little over a year ago. He was punctual, professional, and most important made me feel comfortable. On top of that he diagnosed an other issue and provided effective solutions. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Quality 1st!

Awesome customer service and efficient work

Jeff, Ash & Al were all pleasant to speak and meet with. Jeff was the contact to set up the job and walked me through the process and answered every question. Ash & Al, the two project workers were very pleasant to work with. They explained all questions and showed me how the process works and did a great job. This was a nice experience in working with this Company.

They tried to add other things that thought should be repaired instead of just replacing the sump pump.
