I have been completely satisfied with everything from Steve V. coming to my home and giving me a reasonable quote for doing a french drain in my cellar to Juan and his crew doing the job that I am very satisfied with. I would recommend this company for any job that that they are qualified to do.

We had flooding in our basement after a rainstorm. A sales rep from Quality 1st Basement Systems came out and sold us on the Cadillac of waterproofing systems, including a french drain, a sump pump, and a backup. It cost $15,000 to install. The very next time it rained, I went downstairs to find 7 inches of water in the basement, more than we have ever had. It cost thousands of dollars to remediate--we had to disinfect, rip out drywall, patch drywall, and throw out irreplaceable person property. Ive essentially gotten no response--zero--from Quality 1st Basement. They scheduled a time to come out and due an inspection, and never showed. I called back and rescheduled, and they no-showed again. I really wish I had not hired them to do any work. Avoid at all costs.

Their clean up of the project was exceptional and there was nothing for me to do after they had left my home. I would hire them again if I require further assistance.

They are the best! From the moment I called for info til the job was done was great. The fact they send you information regarding the job and educate you on different things regarding the basement was wonderful, the phone call, when the rep came to evaluate what I wanted done and then go over everything (not a sale pitch either), never felt pressured to get anything extra. I received a follow up to make sure what I wanted done and when they will be here. The guys called me to let me know they will be here shortly (was early) they did a great job and ensure everything was put back and try their best it was dusty anymore. He walked with me to go over everything that was done and what I would need to do. Then I received I a follow up call to to ensure everything was to my liking and if I had any questions. Trust me I would recommend them over and over! FYI: I had new trench drains put in, dehumidifier and protection on the walls

Very professional from start to finish! The salesman/ design technician showed up right on time, he listened to my concerns and came up with the solution on the spot! The price was less than expected and the project was done in a very timely manner! The technicians who did the work were also punctual and did a phenomenal job!! Perfect installation of a drain and pump system, fast and neat, cleaned up 100%. The office staff also polite and very efficient! I can not speak for any other services they provide, but for waterproofing, I do not think anyone could do it better!

Crew Forman and technicians were professional, prior to the start of the job the job scope was reviewed with me and was asked if I had any concerns. Very good team work was demonstrated. All members of the team were excellent technicians. Excellent leadership was demonstrated by the Forman. Forman reviewed all work that was performed with me to ensure I was satisfied with craftsmanship. Have had several jobs performed by Quality 1st Basements of Cliffwood NJ, always a great experience with all staff team members.

Eric and his helper arrived on time and were professional greetings me. what I noticed the most, they enjoyed their work and wanted to ensure I was happy with the concrete leveling job. They were respectful of my landscaping and cleaned up. Also, Have to give a shout out to Angie and Kyle for working with my schedule. So glad I chose Quality1st to level the stamped concrete around my pool.

They are very reliable they give you the price that is going to cost you to complete the project they don charge you extra at the end they finished everything very fast and they cleaned everything after they finished

I gave this company all 5's Juan the foreman called prior to coming and identified himself and his crew. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what was going to be done. Everybody, from the receptionist to the crew were extremely professional. There was even a follow-up phone call to make sure I was pleased with the work. This is the company to call .
