They did a number of repairs to my roof to protect it from leaking. Replacing attic air vents, vent pipe bibs and broken shingles. Very hard working crew. I am very comfortable recommending them for roofing. Thank You

I had my roof done in 2018 by Intact Roofing Contracting Inc. and just last week we noticed water damage on the ceiling & a hole. To my surprise we realized the material and work was not done as per contract. Different materials was used and instead of a torch down rubber roll APP160 he used cold press GAF and most of all Dino never sealed the roof with aluminum paint. I reached out to Dino to resolve these damages but his response was "the roof needs maintenance." I also asked Dino to come and inspect the roof himself but he said "unfortunately that's not going to happen." I was so furious! My roof was only replaced only three years ago. I would not recommend this company to anyone! He's in Breach of Contract, Breach of Warranty and Consumer Fraud

They did what was contracted in a timely manor. All workers very pleasant. They cleaned up and were gone. EXCELLENT

Once called, the company showed up right away. The price was great and all the workers were very dedicated to doing a great job. They also took time to repair an area on my front deck that the squirrels tore apart. This was not on the contract and they repaired it as a courtesy to me. They worked through two of the hottest days on a black roof. I felt sorry for the crew but they plugged right ahead to ensure we had a great looking roof. The crew was here early in the morning and worked through the heat of the day without complaint. They were all very respectful and proud of the work they were doing. Once complete they also accomplished an excellent cleanup. If anyone has any questions about this company please feel free to contact me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof install.

Dino and his team did an excellent roof job in my Apartment Building. Dino developed the best option in terms of cost and quality of repair. Very honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I got two other estimates for the job and Intact Contracting was by far the best! I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job replacing my skylights. They offered a fair price and Dino was very responsive and would get back to me right away when I contacted him.

They were good, quick and professional. Even cleaned one of our gutters that I couldn't reach myself for free and installed a gutter screen. Quality looks good. After a few downpours, no leaks. Holding up solidly. I would definitely recommend them.

UPMOST INTEGRITY AND HONESTY and they will not scam you with overpricing and/or deceitfulness! How can I say this? Because Dino was the third contractor that came to my house to do a roof repair estimate. The first contractor came by and gave me a price ($900)and then wouldn t honor the $150 discount they had on their website and never called me back AFTER I inquired about their coupon. The second contractor came by and said that part of the wood frame was water damaged and gave me a price above $1500! Then Dino came by and communicated in detail what the issues was and how his team will fix it. When I asked about the wood several times, Dino inquired as to why I was concerned about the wood. When I told him what the prior contractor said, Dino communicated that the wood was absolutely good! And was very disappointment and sympathetic with the experience I had. (Being that it was a roof repair. I could not visually see for myself what needed to be fixed). AND his price was below $400!. His team members Carlos and Eddie came out and did and wonderful job! I am thankful and grateful that I was guided to Intact. I would not have known that I was being taken advantage of by the prior contractors.( and yes I will be writing a review for those two prior contractors) So I encourage you all, before you confirm a job with another contractor, give Intact General Contracting a call. You can trust them. I certainly do. And that s a rarity to be able to say this regarding any home repair services. Thank you Dino for your honesty and integrity.
