We are extremely happy with the Profine! 100% will use again! Prices were very reasonable, their communication is great, and the work was completed quickly. These guys did an estimate and the work THEMSELVES. Not like the OTHER guys, who give an estimate and send an outside contractor to do the job. Eric was attentive to our concerns about the soffit and places where squirrels were getting in. The work turned out beautifully and they checked in with us the whole time, so there were no surprises. It's very difficult to find a reliable contractor. I am happy to say that we have scored a keeper! I don't have to scour the internet and be afraid of disappointment anymore.

Great. As others have noted, Eric represented Profine and was professional and easy to deal with. Our job started as a fairly small repair around two dormer windows and porch roof. However we found quite a bit of damage under the old shingles and decided to increase the scope to include a complete re-roofing with new plywood, as well as new flashing, gutters and fascia trim. this work was completed over the next two workdays and finished just before a day of heavy rain and wind. Eric called to follow up and ensure we did not experience any leaks. We will recommend them to others. Profine also went above and beyond by removing an old TV antenna and some stone and blocks from the back yard. Several neighbors have commented on the upgraded appearance of our house.

Eric from Profine Construction was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient, explained in great detail the process of fixing the roof vs replacement. He recommended options that would help with making the right decision and included pricing. Eric made himself available for addition questions and even went as far as following up with my husband directly to ensure any open questions were answered. We decided to replace the roof. Eric was on time. He made sure my neighbors were aware of the job and he personally verified that everything was cleaned up on their property. The roof was completed within the time he stated and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. I was extremely happy with their work, attention to detail while cleaning up and the customer service they provided even after the job was done. It so happen that the day after the roof was installed it rained. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Eric to confirm we saw no water in our home. I looked for different contractor to replace the entire roof, previous repair with other contractor lasted less than 6 years (only 5 year warranty), leaked and damaged bedroom/bathroom ceiling. Recommended by neighbor, their roof was done three years ago, still looked like newly done. Called Profine to do the job. Went with Harbor Blue like neighbor, beautifully done, and 30 YEAR WARRANTY!!! And now, my other neighbor is asking for recommendation. They gave me some discount for being a Veteran too. Highly recommend Profine Construction and definitely will work with them for other projects.
