Tony came out to my home after I had a few estimates from other companies. He was honest and very straight forward, not to mention he was on top of what he was doing in this business. His price was fair and matched with other guy's price. His crew showed up on time, and very professional and courteous. My House was well protected and they completed replacing 2 skylights and entire roof. Clean up was done with not even a single nail left on my front and back yard. After clean up Tony and his crew made sure everything was OK and answered and explained all our questions professionally. Our neighbors gave us nice words for our new roof and their job. I asked for a quote, and they provided a free a detailed one in writing almost immediately. They were very flexible, and coordinated the job while I am deployed by the military and the quote was $1000 cheaper than another quote for the same work. Precise detailed and efficient work. I am only using them from now on.

Overall, a great job. I did not compare pricing for this siding repair request but I felt it was reasonable. They were done quickly and courteous.

Pro line construction Kind, smart and efficient. Initial evaluation was thorough and actually went up on the roof to see the problem area, then fully explained. It's a relief to see an owner on site, in work clothes - beware the ones with shiny shoes, fancy car and a clip board! Not these guys - very professional. While on site, Tony looked around and noted 3 other issues. With no extra cost to me, he put back siding that was loose or had fallen off; repaired the wood rot around an upper window and replaced new aluminum molding to exactly match the adjacent window; and repaired my very leaky sky lite. I'm always impressed when a professional repair person can't leave a job without the premises being perfect even though it wasn't part of the immediate problem... and they come with fully equipped trucks for every job! Call them with your issues.

I received 3 roofing estimates, but Pro line was the only to thoroughly understand the full scope of the project (water infiltration into the basement) and recommend all of the correct fixes (repair/replace 2 gutters, add valley flashing at roof/wall intersection, replace building paper on wall below and replace flashing at wall/porch intersection to divert water away from foundation). Both other companies just offered band-aid solutions to the gutters and/or tried to up-sell replacing gutters that were not involved in the basement leak. Pro line's work was completed all in one day and has not leaked since. We just had the first heavy rain since the work was completed and the basement remained dry. We're very happy with their work and will keep them in mind for any future roofing or chimney work we might need!

Extremely professional and punctual

I had Pro line construction put a new roof on my main house and cottage in May, 2017. Just recently, I had a small issue that needed attending. Tony came over within days to fix the problem. They are extremely reliable and responsive. I have no reservations in recommending them. I would absolutely use them again.

They appeared for the estimate as scheduled. They actually started the job ahead of schedule. Except for the repairs they did, you would not know they were there. They left the roof and area around the house crystal clean. The workers were friendly and professional. Great job.

Of the three that gave me quotes, Pro line explained all they were going to do, did not try to over do the job and answered all my questions in a way that instilled the most confidence. Even though all three each gave me three quotes each lower than the last, I chose the highest final quote. Pro line did an excellent job. I was not disappointed, I was very happy with everything they did.

From the estimator to each and every worker, they were polite and very professional. They arrived on time and had everything set up and ready to start work within 20 minutes. The quality of the material they used was excellent which is why we chose them. My husband has been in the mechanical business for over 48 years and said the workers were the best heâ s seen in quite a while. They were meticulous and had everything cleaned up with nothing left behind. They completed our roof in one day. Very satisfied with Pro linefrom start to finish. Tony came to measure and do a full and detailed presentation on what the new siding would entail. They are platinum installers for Owens Corning - which means they receive extra training for the latest materials in the business. Unfortunately , because of the fickleness of weather they couldn?t come as quickly as hoped. However , once they came they were amazing. I had 7 men ripping off all siding. The dumpster filled and materials were stacked all over the lawn and they never stopped working. The By the end of the second day the job was done. They didn t leave until 7 pm and after blowing clean my deck and lawn. It was spotless. Awesome job well done.
