+ -1 moreOVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. I WAS ABLE TO GET BACK INTO MY APARTMENT WITHOUT HAVING TO CHANGE THE LOCKS AND KEYS. THE LOCKISMITH WAS SYMPATHETIC AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. ONCE HE ARRIVED, THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED IN LES THAN FIVE MINUTES THE SERVICE WAS NOT INEXPENSIVE, BUT PARENT GOT THE JOB DONE PROFESSIONALLY.
Description of Work: I LOCKED MYSELF OUT OF MY APARTMENT. PARENT SENT A LOCKSITH TO MY RESIDENCE AND HE WAS ABLE TO OPEN MY DOOR WITHOUT DAMAGING THE EXISTING LOCK. IT TOOK THE LOCKSMITH A HALFHOUR LONGER TO GET TO ME THAN THE DISPATCHER HAD ESTIMATED. THE LOCKSMITH WAS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL AND WAS ABLE TO REOPEN THE LOCK QUICKLY WIHOUT DAMAGING IT.

+ -1 moreI had to wait a while for them to come. When they were here they were able to open the lock without damaging it. They had good up to date equipment. They saved a lot of money since I did not have to replace that lock.
Description of Work: I used Parent Door Hardware to open a lock in my house in May.
