Jay and Ardi and crew installed 2 skylights, a chimney liner and leaf guards. Jay gave a very detailed estimate of the work to be done and took the time to explain each project and answered all questions. I am impressed with the professionalism of this contracting company--the neat and careful work, and even before & after pics to appreciate a JOB WELL DONE. This company is amazing!! We recently needed to replace a skylight. They contacted us immediately, came out to access the situation and sent a very detailed outline and proposal that same day with a very fair price. They finished the job in a few hours cleaned everything up and we could not be happier. In addition to this they also found an additional few issues with our roof and plumbing vent which they also sent a proposal about and photos and details for our our management company. Highly recommend them!

Had the team replace an old skylight with a new Velux skylight. Did a great job. Very professional.

First-rate from start to finish. Spent much time in estimate; going up on the roof for inspection, thorough write-up, competitive bid. Jay explained in detail the 2 deck mount skylights and 1 curb mount skylight for a somewhat flat part of the roof. The crew was efficient and respectful and their work is top quality. They resealed some flashing, fixed a hanging soffit and a small section of missing roof shingles for free. Upon discovering a crack on the chimney, Jay checked to confirm that the crack did not go below the roof and gave me a written estimate on the spot. In my years of dealing with contractors, the attention to detail and responsiveness from Golden Team Home Remodeling is unmatched.

They did an excellent job. I appreciated that he was in contact with me throughout the whole process and was always prompt and courteous. He showed me pictures of the work done and the progress, I honestly could not have been more pleased with the quality of work that was performed on my home.
