Peter is the ultimate professional. He is helpful and patient when choosing the decor. If you have any questions throughout the process Peter is available to assist you. I would call it price and professionalism. Mostly, the prices for his product are great, which most people look for. His professionalism is beyond reproach. I do not often review people but Peter deserves the highest praise. Try him, you won't be disappointed. Peter works with his customers.

If you need Blinds, I couldn't see why on earth you would go to anyone else besides Peter/Budget Blinds. He is able to narrow down to exactly what you need very quickly (with literally a million options to choose from) and you feel that he is putting Blinds up for his parents. It's obvious from the consultation on, he cares about you and your home. He tells you his recommendations on what he feels you do and do not need and gives you honest opinions which are in your best interests. He is extremely detail oriented (which way the blinds will open, kid friendly considerations, and such) and is on-time, reliable, and professional. Installation is a breeze and he is very neat, organized, and clean. Highest recommendation here.

What can I say that hasn't been said in other reviews? Quite simply, Peter is the man. He arrived on time, clearly explained my options to me, and did an amazing job with the installation. It's not often that you work with contractors who demonstrate the integrity, attention to detail, and 'service with a smile' that Peter exhibits. Highly highly recommended.

Peter cares, period. He was very thorough in explaining the product lines, process, and pricing to us. My wife and I both felt like we made educated decisions as consumers after our conversation with him. Like a lot of people getting work done on their home, we've had our fair share of awful service. So it was VERY refreshing to work with somebody who is honest, punctual, and best of all responsive in communications. I can't recommend him enough.

From start to finish Peter did a wonderful job. Punctual, courteous, and helpful. Kept me posted on delivery and accommodated my work schedule to get the installation of the shutters completed along with two of his colleagues. I'm more than pleased with the result. For me it was an investment - shutters are not inexpensive - but well worth it. I would not hesitate to call Peter in the future if I decide to have more window treatments.

Peter Choi was great. We had a good experience with a Budget Blinds representative in Brooklyn a few years ago, but upon our recent move we discovered that our old local contact had left the company. Peter had just done blinds for my in-laws in New Jersey and they highly recommended him, so we were happy to hear that he travels to Brooklyn too. He came for an in-home consultation, walked us through our options for our living room and master bedroom (blinds), nursery (blackout shades), and kitchen (solar shade), and kept everything within our stated budget. Fast forward two weeks to when our order was in and Peter came with an installation expert to mount our new blinds. They arrived on time despite bad traffic, worked efficiently, and were very professional through the entire installation. He left us with a thank you gift and called us the day after the installation to follow up. I would recommend Peter without reservation. He is professional, reliable, and friendly, and has great products and reasonable prices.

Peter was great from the start (he was the 3rd person we interviewed to do our windows). What makes Peter stand out from the rest (besides his exceptional character and demeanor) is that he owns his own business and truly cares about you and the outcome of your window treatments. He took the time to go through all of our options, never once pressuring us into the most expensive window treatment. He gave great suggestions, however he was happy to provide us what we truly wanted. Peter was always very prompt, and kept us up to date on the status of our orders throughout the process (we have had three different orders now, as we decided to outfit some windows at the very end we hadn't planned on doing originally). He has been patient with us in our multiple indecisions, and has always been very professional, along with his installation team.
