We had pavers done in our backyard and our side steps redone. Albert and his crew were amazing. We got 2 different quotes and Albert's was much lower than the initial quote we received. Albert went to 5 different supply stores to get the exact pavers that we wanted. They did not finish in the time they initially stated it would take, but this was due to extreme heat and rainy conditions, which could not be helped. They sealed around our storm door free of charge and accommodated us with the railing we discussed by lowering their price to offset the expensive railing. I would recommend All Quality NJ, LLC with any job and plan to recommend them to several friends who are in need of work.

The workers were late everyday. Worker told me it would take 1 week to finish and it took 3 weeks. The concrete slab color they provided did not show so the concrete is gray not brown as expected. The workers left pizza boxes, cigarettes buds and water bottles each time they came. The workers stated they could not work in the rain which is understandable but the days that was sunny they didn't show up. When reaching out to them to see why they didn't show up. They never returned the calls. They were very unprofessional. The 3rd day on the job she. The workers did not show up. I requested to speak to the manager which his name was Arber. I express my concerns and dissatisfied worker I was receiving. He stated he did not understand why I was upset. He stated "we are doing you a favor". Which I didn't understand because I was paying over $10,000 for the patio work. From The manager to the workers they all had poor work ethics. I would not recommend this company for any timely work that needs to be done.

Excellent work done on repairing chimney, the new brick used was a great match with existing brick. Moved quickly in handling permits and getting work started.

Prompt in inspecting the issue and in scheduling for repair. Worked quietly. Price was good. Sealed both skylights though only one was leaking. That was much appreciated. Was honest about the shape of my skylight itself (which they said was in excellent shape). I gave 4.5 instead of 5 because the silicone seal is on one corner if the window itself, making me think at first that somehow the window had cracked. Just a bit unsightly for me, but others may be fine with that. All in all, I would use them again and recommend them.

I had to seal all roof seams and around flashings and penetrations. Their price was fair and they did good work.

Delivered as promised

Had a leaky roof. They took and look and gave a very detailed assessment of our needs. Worked efficiently and neatly to complete repairs in a timely manner, keeping within the estimate. We're hiring them for more work as a result.

Had to replace my leaking low slope roof and I'm happy that I chose them. Best price, prompt service, and they worked around my schedule. The roof was done in one day. They came back the following morning to finish cleaning up. The only minor thing that they could have done better was pick up the old nails in the driveway. Other than that I would highly recommend.

They were very timely and responsive. It was an emergency service, so I'm not 100% sure on the price, but other than that it was a great experience.

I am totally impressed with All Quality. Within 10 seconds of submitting my Home Advisor request for a leaking skylight estimate, All Quality called to schedule an appointment for the next day. The next day the office also called 10 minutes before the team showed up and then the team actually showed up ten minutes later. They were on the roof right away and instead of just estimating the job, they took the time to bring the hose up, diagnose that the leak was around the flashing versus the skylight glass, and then actually repair the problem areas. Even more amazing...the team said to hold off on paying the $200 repair cost to make sure it didn't leak again in the next rainstorm (if it did they would be back out to remove all of the old sealant and apply a stronger one). I have never, ever come across a business that said "don't pay me now; pay me later" to ensure their work was solid. I was blown away. I'm happy to report that the skylight repair held during last night's driving rain (with actual tornado warning), so today I called the office to settle up. I wish All Quality did more than just exterior work because given this experience I would hire them again in a second. Rarely does a contractor exceed expectations and stand by their work to this degree. A++
