These guys were fabulous. I called them to clean our chimney ($100) as well as to install an upper damper. They took care of all that as well as fixing some cracks in the mortar around the crown of the chimney, and installing an additional cap. They also removed the old damper and disposed of it. Our chimney is clean like I have never seen it. We highly recommend this company for all types of chimney work. I'll be calling them every year for a cleaning.

They worked with me for a very fair price and got the job completed as soon as I received the permit.They were here on time for both the initial inspection and as well as when they came to do the job. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I would definitely recommend them.

Prompt visit for a free estimate and they were able to accommodate my job in a few days, which was appreciated since it was mid-Nov and I needed to have the work done before the snow flied. Too bad for me they showed up at 4pm for a 1pm appointment on the day of the work. "Someone" was supposed to have called me that they would be late. I received no call. It was already starting to get dark, but they insisted to start work on my replacement 2nd floor gutter, but ran out of daylight quickly By working into the darkness & up in the air, the old gutter and misc other removed materials were tossed to the ground for speed. They cleaned up the driveway and back yard the best they could in the pitch dark and left the rest, saying they had to come back to finish in a few days...which they did. Work went quickly and efficiently that day. The guys were friendly and polite. When they said they were finished and left, I didn't check until later to see how well they cleaned up but found some debris (on top of broken bushes) still in the back yard. The gutter looked great but a small section of the fascia wasn't right. I sent a photo to the owner and he said it was still very watertight, but a shingle must have gotten tucked under. He would come to fix it when he could. I followed up a few times with him and he said he'd stop by. When the weather got really bad, I asked if maybe he could come on a nice day or in the spring when he was in the neighborhood again. I never heard from him again. I believe their intentions were good but it was not an optimal situation even though it could have been. Had they showed up at the appointed time on the appointed day, I would have/could have received a better overall result and experience.

They worked fast, completed the job within the designated time frame. Clean, friendly, and efficient. They offered considerations for further improvements which they professionally described.
