They're really good. He is prompt. He actually complied with every crazy request on flooring I've ever asked him. If I had a flooding somewhere, he has ripped the carpet out real quick and put in my hardwood flooring when I needed it, right away. I thought he only just did flooring. I tried him with painting. He did pretty good. I tried him with something called FRP wall. I have a lot of wheel chairs in my home. The wheel chairs used to make scuffs on the wall. It's fiber glass. Actually, it's a wall with nice decorative and he did that for me and it actually worked. I know that was out of his comfort. But, he figured it out and he did it. His main thing is flooring. Can he paint? I think he has pretty good painters. But I don't think he is really a painter. He is flooring. That is his main thing. He doesn't do any major renovations. His main thing is flooring. If there is an emergency, he does it right away for me. I've given this man so many emergencies. I don't even know why he hasn't quit on me yet. He is good. I really really really like Ivan.

Ivan is the man we dealt with from this company. This is not one of those huge organizations. It is a smaller company that simply treats customers in a way that they feel valued. The detail of their work is outstanding. Ivan himself is just so kind and so nice you would not even believe it. I highly recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs if you live in this area.

I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY SCRAPED AND SANDED THE OLD FLOOR AND THEN STAINED AND SHELLACKED THE FLOOR. THEY WERE PROMPT AND STAYED WITHIN THEIR ESTIMATE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
