Pleasant experience from start to finish. Albert gave me available times on the day I wanted service, and day-of he called ahead to let me know his exact arrival time. He listened to my explanation of what my issues were and conducted a thorough inspection of my roof with photos to talk me through what needed to be repaired. His price was very fair compared to other estimates, and I had him do the work that day in advance of more expected rain soon. Work was done quickly and he showed me photos of the completed repairs. I would be happy to hire ALB-01 again on courteousness, punctuality, and professionalism.

Albert did a great job assessing the necessary repairs, gave us various options to consider, and provided good ideas to make the roof even prettier (with an inexpensive copper chase cover and splash for our chimney), which is important since we are looking to sell the house in a couple of years. Highly recommended.
