I worked with Fixed&Fair construction company for repairing roof and I am so satisfied with them. The price was very fair price because I compared with other three companies, and they repaired even my chimney, when they was there, working very professional company. I suggest others to call for any kind repairing roofs and chimney because they are amazing!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They replaced my entire roof and handled any follow-up items quickly and efficiently.

There are a number of comments I could make about my experience, but my main concern is that from the beginning we were assured that if we ever had any issues or concerns with the work, it would be addressed accordingly. After having some masonry work done an issue arose. Initially it seemed like they were going to follow-up and we were told that they were going to come at a certain day to check it out, but then they did not show and did not make any effort to let us know they couldn't come. This happened a couple times. Then we were told they were too busy and bumped us out. Then there was no response at all to any inquiries. So after over 2 1/2 months of trying to trying to get someone to come back to check out our concerns and try to fix the issue I've basically given up. This combined with the general dismissive attitude of some concerns we had about the quality of work while it was being done has led me to give this rating. So, on whole I'm disappointed and feel there was little done to ensure customer satisfaction both during and after the work.

I have a wood-burning fireplace that I don’t use to burn wood. I have an electric insert instead. But the flue would not stay closed. Last winter was very very drafty in my living room. I reached in and tried to fix it myself but did not have the tools or the ability but the gentleman from Fixed and Fair had both. He was here just a short time and did not charge me anything. I would recommend this company highly. (But would like to suggest they put their address on their business cards. I had to look it up on Google to enter this review above!)

I’m pretty sure the gentleman name is bill! Must say I’ve run businesses in the past and found this company through angies list and they replaced chimmney liner and cap some cement work as well these guys were fantastic on time very professional great work very nice and that’s hard to find! I would and will recommend these folks hands down excellent. Thank you and merry Christmas happy new year
