They don't return calls or messages in a timely manner. Three years they have said they would clean our awning before reinstalling (for a fee of coarse) which we agreed. They NEVER did! Why schedule a reinstall when they show up when they want to anyway, or take months after they scheduled to show up. Called beginning of March 2018 for reinstall, its May 16th 2018 and we're still waiting.

Ordered in April, finally in, the middle of September.

Never installed the awnings. Quoted and sent down payment in Dec 2015. As of July 2016 not installed. Office does not return calls, lies about status. My favorite response was in May were person stated "guy was fabricating the frame". Not sure how long that takes. Sent email in July to cancel and reimburse down payment. Never heard from them. Baking in the sun.

Very happy. Installation was very good.

We lost our existing awning during hurricane Sandy just as many others did. I made several phone calls to all the companies listed in the yellow pages. All were too busy and I finally came across Awnings by Lloyd on the internet. I called them in April hoping to get an awning before the summer season. Awnings by Lloyd came out right away and promised to have it made and installed before Memorial day. One day a couple weeks before Memorial day I arrived home from work to find a wonderful awning in place. We were so happy with the look! About a month later we had a large storm and water was pouring between the awning and our home. This had never happened with our previous awning. We contacted Lloyds and they sent a very knowledgeable team out to see what the problem was. They were very professional and repaired the problem. As it turned out our frame had received huge wind during the hurricane which most likely pulled it away from our home. Lloyd handled this and we are very happy with the whole job.

We had an awning put in this year. They came out to the house to measure and you know do a consultation. They sat with us and showed us a huge selection to pick from. They took care of the electric because we have the one that's wider, that was long for them to build. They are a little pricey, but it's a quality product they can put up, install the right way and sometime you have to pay that little extra for something you know it's going to last. It's a good quality. They had actual licensed electrician come and that was part, so you weren't just getting some guy, oh I hope this is okay. So it was safe, it was installed safely and correctly.
