Description of Work: A guy tried to repair one of the pipes in the irrigation system and it was still leaking. He came back the next day trying to fix it and broke other pipes around it. He said that he will come back tomorrow to fix it and never came back. When we called the office the manager said they can come only at the end of the week but our lawn would die without water and 90F but it didn't change anything. He said he would try fit something in for 2 more days and he will call but he never called. They took the money and didn't have any intentions to come back to fix the damage they caused. When we called for the million time and were upset on the phone the manager was very rude and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional! Very rude! and completely unreliable!

Description of Work: I got no service at all, just a nasty recepionist, an answering machine and unreturned calls. In the past I have used Quality Landscaping to clean my beds, mulch, trim bushes and trim trees, and for irrigation, at the beginning and end of the seasons. They were reasonably priced and they came ontime and did a decent job. But you can't rely on them. if you hire them you had better hope that they send out at least one english speaking yard worker, and that he stays on the job site for the entire time. My main complaint- No one is ever available! They abandon their repeat customers and don't return calls. You always get sent to someones voicemail. But you still have to call back several times over a period of days before you get to talk to the approp person. And then they basically tell you they are all booked-- doesnt matter if you have been a reliable customer for years. This is the second year they abandoned me for winter maitenance service. They treated me as if they didn't care if they had my business or not. So now that I'm a Angies list member I can share my experience of how they don't value their customers. I will also say, that the guys who have always done my irriagtion maintenance have always done a good job. They are never on time but at least they call you and tell you that they are running late. Problem is, they are a ALWAYS running late and your day is still shot waiting for them. One of the reasons I joined Angies list was to find another landscaper with good customer service and reliability. They lost this customer.

Description of Work: Requested estimate for shrub landscaping in 27 foot wide front yard space. They said on phone probably $750 (right in our expected price range of $500 to $1000). They then asked where we lived. When told Haddonfield, the rep said that would be about $3000 because of "distance" (actually only 8 miles away.) Visited in person to request an estimate anyway. They called back two business days later and said that they could not fit us into their schedule (though we'd not asked to be put into a schedule, just an estimate). They tried to foist us on unlisted providers many more miles away.
