They did a wonderful job and would highly recommend them to anyone. They turned my hole in the wall old outdated bathroom into a light and bright spa. Never left debris or dirt or dust. Cleaned every day on job. PJ listened to all our needs and we even ended up doing the whole downstairs with new flooring and painting. Can't wait for him to start my bathroom upstairs. My son and I returned from vacation to unexpected water damage caused by an upstairs plumbing issue. The damage required extensive repairs across multiple rooms of our home including ceilings, flooring, tile work, etc. PHF Properties & Construction LLC responded immediately and was a pleasure to work with during this stressful time for us. They listened carefully to my needs and preferences and provided expert guidance throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way and promptly addressed my questions or concerns. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished spaces are truly impressive. PJ is a value to anyone hiring him. He truly cares about his work. His standard line was "whatever you want we can do it" He gave greatly appreciated advice and saw areas of concern that could have been big issues for us and let us know. He is very detailed and his employees were great to work with too. We had bad storms that created water in our basement. PJ was so concerned over water coming into our basement he came at 10:30pm and dug a drench laid stone to divert water. I didn't ask him to, he just showed up. That was not part of his scope of work but he did it. PJ always answered his phone or text with my crazy questions and if he wasn't available always got back to me the same day or next day. We will be using him for future work we want him to do, and would highly recommend to others.

PHF was great! They were very professional. They were on the job every morning and cleaned up every night. They created specialty pieces from hickory wood for my island top and even used reclaimed wood I saved to create an area of interest to hang mason jar lights.

We had our bathrooms renovated by PHF and we were sadly very disappointed. Extremely poor communication. Extremely poor workmanship. Failed to demonstrate basic concepts in home repairs and tried to take MANY shortcuts. Required almost constant supervision just to get the project completed. Used mixed tiles for our shower and didn't disclose this, which we later discovered. Fixtures required immediate repairs, tried to install substandard parts for new vanities. Sloppy paint and finishes.

We had our bathroom redone by PHF Properties. They did an outstanding job we are very happy with the outcome. PJ the owner was great and worked with us on a a very fair price for the work to be done. His wife Hillary was fantastic to talk to on the phone she made sure we were all on the same page. And Scott who actually did the install of new flooring and new vanity and mirror and shiplap did a wonderful job. Scott took the time to show me different tips of his trade. He was just wonderful to interact with. My wife and I would diffidently recommend PHF properties. Five stars plus.

PHF completed 3 tasks in our home - remodel the Master Bathroom , Upgrade our kitchen and add a railing on the stairs to our basement. Of the 3 firms we contacted for an estimate, PHF was most the responsive and thorough in answering our questions and by far the most reasonably priced. PJ, one of the owners of the business, and his crew worked with us in selecting the proper materials and once they started the job showed up everyday until all the tasks were complete. In spite of my numerous interrogations as they were working. they were always ready to respond and explain what they were doing and why. And their workmanship was impeccable. PJ's desire is to keep the customer happy; and if he thought you might not like something, he would ask you to speak up and then fix it to your liking as best he could. PHF by far is the best contractor I have ever encountered and would recommend them to anyone looking to do any job large or small.

Friendly customer service, quality work, on time. Did all clean up. Reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended to others.

I was happy with them. They were always on time, he's very fair with the pricing, and they were able to do everything. My kitchen came out better than I expected. He had a lot of suggestions and ideas that were cost effective.

So far, it's good. They are trustworthy, work well, and they are efficient.
