Response from the Tree & Stump Pros
This is simply not accurate. To start with, this person is not from Brooklyn as he posted. That is an alternate address he is using for some unknown reason and for a incident that occurred more then a year ago. Makes me curious why the post after such a significant amount or time has passed. Very suspicious. As far as his complaints, everything was explained to both him and to his wife when I sat with them and reviewed the process, right in their kitchen. Tree work is weather dependent. It can be very difficult to schedule on a specific day or time by appointment. I do my best to set and keep a schedule however Mother Nature does not always cooperate. Delays are inherent with tree work due to weather unfortunately. When the bad weather does slow or stop our schedule, we pick right back up and continue forward with the customers we are committed to, then move forward. The most fair way we can deal with delays and most customers understand without even needing an explanation. They understand they are next in line and we will be with them just as soon as we are done with the customers that are in line in front of them. This is one of the reasons why we don't take any money up front from our customers and we get paid upon completion. As far as his claim that another company showed up, well he's right. My partner and the company I built with my partner showed up. But this guy didn't take the time to get the facts. He instead told my guys to leave. Which they did. Up until this post I just figured he was having a bad day and there was no dealing with this any further but now that this customer took the time to post negative comments, I hope this sets the record straight. I can't stop someone from posting inaccurate comments, but I can respond with the truth and hope my track record resonates more then one person's careless words do.
