Description of Work: Brought samples of shades to my house, helped me choose, measured for the shades, then installed the shades when they came in.

 + -1 moreThis is the second time I have used this company to paint the interior of my home after remodeling projects. This time, I used them to paint a newly remodeled basement, which included priming over new sheetrock, finish coats, trim, doors, etc. Greg, the owner, comes personally to give the estimate,and I have found him to be repsonsive, friendly, and honest. He and his men come on time, take excellent care to cover any furniture, etc, and put in a full day's work, arriving before 9AM and leaving after 5PM. I used them for the first time 3 years ago, when we remodeled our kitchen, bathroom, living room and main hall. The use Benjamin Moore paint, the colors are exact matches to the color charts, and their finish lines and trim work are superb. I highly reccomend them for any paint project you might have.

 + 0 moreSee above and I would add that Steve from Paper Chase was always a pleasure to deal with.
Description of Work: I had Steve at Paper Chase come to my home and give me an estimate for high quality Hunter Douglas cordless blinds. I was surprised at the cost (more than I anticipated). As a result, I went to Home Depot and gave my window measurements (I have new standard size Anderson windows) to a sales person so I could get an estimate on Levelor blinds. The written estimate appeared to be substantially lower than the one from Paper Chase. Home Depot then sent someone to measure the windows. Next, I received a call from Home 'Depot saying the measurements were done and I could come in and pay them for custom order (in other words, no refunds) blinds or they would take my credit card info over the phone. Silly me, I did it over the phone and never asked if the estimate had changed based on the measurements. Later, when I received my credit card statement, I discovered the Home Depot price had ballooned and was now even more than the price I received from Paper Chase. Next time, I will stick with Paper Chase.

 + -1 moreThe workmen did arrive on time and worked diligently. Unfortunately, our area had a couple of big snow storms during the time they were scheduled to work at my house. But they worked around the bad weather. The powder room looks beautiflul. They do great work.
Description of Work: I remodeled my powder room and Paper Chase did the molding, painting and wallpapering and I purchased the wallpaper from Paper Chase. I would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND CLEAN WORKERS. THEY HAD THE JOB DONE IN FIVE DAYS. THEY HAD A LARGE CREW WORKING. THEY HAD TO COME BACK TO DO SOME MINOR TOUCH-UPS AND THEY DID THEM FREE OF CHARGE.
Description of Work: THEY DID FULL PAINTING OF THE HOUSE, INSTALLATION OF SCONCE AND CROWN MOLDING, ALL WINDOW TREATMENTS AND SOME EXTERIOR PAINTINGS.
