Description of Work: Janet and her girls came for the initial cleaning appointment for our monthly service. Janet was available to talk via phone AND text, which was great because I was able to correspond during my work day while we were sorting out details. Her team did an immaculate job. The house looked and smelled amazing. I've been pretty critical of cleaning services in the past, because they've never really met my cleaning standard, but Janet's team surpassed that. They moved furniture to clean behind everything, and even scrubbed the fridge without me asking, which was a wonderful surprise. I'm looking forward to coming home to a nice clean house on a regular basis. Thank you Janet!

Description of Work: They cleaned the rooms but did not meet the expectations. When we pointed out the concerns to Janet, she has not yet responded. For the amount of money I paid, I deserved a better service. |1. They used the toilet bowl brush to scrub the bath tub and shower. |2. They understood very little English. So any request for additional cleaning fell on deaf years. |3. Some corners , behind the bed, basement stairs were left untouched. |4. Description of Work: I have been physically unable to do any housework due to 2 foot and 1 shoulder surgery over the past couple years. I was in desperate need of help since I could not do the housework on my own ( esp since I have a very large house). I requested a deep clean. They were here 8:30 AM- 7PM working non-stop. In the beginning there were only 2 girls but by 5pm there were a couple others to help.Every nook and cranny was cleaned, including screens, fridge, all molding, walls etc.... I will use this service every 2 weeks for now on.!!!

Description of Work: We used to use Janet cleaning, but we realized that the service was spotty and depended on which team showed up, some girls were very good, but most were below average. It progressively went down hill. Lately getting an appointment is impossible, every time I schedule something I get an excuse why they couldn't make it. I Paid $160 to clean a 3br condo. Won't use them again.

Description of Work: ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND A WASTE OF TIME! Came late to give me an estimate. Never called me with amount. Two weeks later I called her, she thought she was waiting to hear from me. Agreed to estimate of $400 for first cleaning and every other week service. She cancelled first appointment the night before because she had problem with help, and stuck on a big job, and who knows what else. I agreed to reschedule for the following week for an 8AM service time. Never showed up! If you value your time, don't bother...

Description of Work: Awesome service by Janet. We contacted Janet for a post construction cleanup. We replaced the tiles in our kitchen and the flooring in the living room and I wanted the cleanup the very next day after the contractors completed their work. Janet was gracious enough to work with ever changing schedules. What impressed us was that she took the time to do a pre-visit to Inspect and give us an overview of what they'll be doing. she accommodated us with the budget we had. On the day of the cleaning, they arrived promptly and did a great job. They were working for well over 5 hrs, even when she said they"ll be working for only 4 hrs.. I am pleased with their work and wil contract them again.. In fact planning on doing a bi-weekly contract with them..

Description of Work: I am looking to replace my weekly cleaning service. Based upon Angie's list reviews, I wanted to speak with Janet. I emailed and left a phone message with no response. I saw a poor rating here for the same reason from another member. I tried to call one more time as this seemed unusual for such a highly rated service. I received both a text and phone call- Janet is out of the country becuase her father is sick, so someone representing her called to apologize for not getting back to me sooner. It is a small family company and I am glad I gave her the benefit of the doubt-I understand family and health must come first. I will speak with Janet when she returns next week and update my post at that time

Description of Work: After being ill for the past year my husband decided we needed a cleaning service. He call Janet's cleaning service from Angie's. Janet called back the next day and we scheduled an appointment. We definitely needed a deep house cleaning. Janet took her time and went through everything that needed to be done. Windows, walls, floors, light fixtures, moving furniture and much more. She even straightened a room that was in disaray. Her staff arrived at 8:30 Wednesday morning. My husband and I had full confidence in her staff to leave them to clean our home while we went out for the day. Janet and her staff did there cleaning and locked up after they left. When we returned the house was spotless and we were very happy with her service. I can definitely recommend her services and I am going to use her as often as possible. Whether you need a light house cleaning or a deep cleaning you can count on Janet and her staff.
