First and foremost, the reason we have not been to your home to give an estimate is that you informed us on 4/27/2020 you did not want anyone in the house due to COVID-19, and requested we call you back on 5/29/2020 to reconnect. You also never contacted us again if there’s been a change in your sense of urgency to have the work completed. Is it possible you are confusing us with another company? We feel you may be mistaken and have spoken to several companies, but we’ve done Exactly what YOU have requested. To receive a C-rating without having provided service yet is also unfair especially due to the reasons mentioned above at your request.
