Having used Emerald before to close a leak I contacted the company regarding winterization. Ed said $90+tax for up to 10 zones and $8 per zone thereafter. I told Ed I had 11 zones so he said $98+ tax. I asked if he would agree to $85 flat which he did via email. They came, shut of the water and told my wife $113 for 14 zones. First off, the clock may have 14 zones but the last 3 don't go anywhere so no water to clear from the line. Should only be 11 zones. More importantly they did not honor the $85 agreement. I repeatedly said Ed follow up emails with the email where he agreed to $85. I got no response. I will not use Emerald again. I find their prices high and clearly do not honor their word.

I went with them because they had a five year warranty and guarantee on the parts. This was better than other company I looked at. I had no problems with them. They also came out to re-adjust the heads after I laid down my sod. This was free of change.

Emerald was very professional and efficient. They installed the system in 3 hours and after explained how to operate the system. They did such a good job you can't tell there was any work done, my lawn was immaculate afterward. They even gave us another zone for no cost. They were by far the best deal and we're very accommodating and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone who wants an irrigation system. They also have the best warranty out othere, 5 years on equipment and 2 years on labor and a FREE winterization the first year. You can't beat the price, professionalism, and service!!

The work was good, but the price wasn?t great. They were courteous and prompt. I felt that they didn?t do exactly what was outlined in the proposal, but the end product was fine. I would continue to work with them for service reasons and I would recommend them.

They were excellent. They arrived on time, gave the estimate, stuck to it, came as they said they would.

They patched the hose and it dose not leak anymore, they were on time, and they called before they came, they are polite.

The estimate was performed on time and the work was promptly scheduled. The crew (of approximately 8 guys) should up earlier to perform the installation. The crew was largely neat but there were some problems with how the system was installed. The penetrations that the crew put through our foundation were done below grade and were never sealed properly. After the installation, we had the foreman who oversaw the install out two more times to try and address the water that was entering our home's basement. He slapped some hydraulic cement but did not re-route the supply as we requested. Ultimately, we wrote a certified letter to the company asking them to stand behind there guarantee and to re-route the supply lines. They re-reroute 1 of 2 of the lines and slapped some more cement over the penetrations. I am still unhappy with the quality of the work and the lack of care that went into this installation and cannot recommend this firm at this time.
