The contractor was very prompt and completed all of the work exactly as was promised within the timeframe that was originally predicted. All of the work was done in a clean way so that there was no clean-up that had to be done after the contractor was gone.

I would highly recommend them for anyone needing help with water problems and/or sump pumps. They showed up right on time (texting me first saying they were on their way), were extremely courteous and did an outstanding job installing my sump pump. They cleaned everything up and went out of their way to make sure all wires were tied up and out of the way. Price was exactly as estimated. One of the best experiences I've ever had with someone doing work in my home.

I just got the work done, Franco's team is knowledgeable as well as hard working. They always wear a smile on their face. I did have difference of opinion with Franco on a couple of areas but left it to his experience and expertise. He did promise to show up if his work doesn't hold up or for any issues related his work. Hope the work he did stays good for a long time. Will definitely revisit the review based on how it goes in the next few months. Also just to add a couple of more points his quotes are reasonable and explained the work in detail. He was patient to explain all my questions.

Franco is a great guy. very honest, and flexible to accommodate your needs. I hired him for my basement water proofing work. He explained me patiently for almost 2 hours answering all my questions with great design diagrams on how waterproofing works and how it will protect the basement. i hired after several rounds of discussions, comparing other contractor's prices. Franco gave the best deal. Did a great work, clean job. he explained me the need for a water pressure back pump and the pump helped me during the winter storm when there was no power and saved my basement. had i not invested on it without listening to Franco, my basement must have flooded and i must have spent a lot of money.. He is always reacheable on phone when you have questions. I chat with him even now and he answers my questions patiently. Thanks Franco. You are the best!

Franco was great. My wife loves it when people take off their shoes before they get into the house. He was available to put in a sump pump very quickly and finished the work ahead of his time estimate. He even gave a small discount for payment with check (vs. credit card).

I had such a good experience with home advisor in the past that I told my son-in-law to call them today to find someone to replace a sump pump that stopped working after the heavy rain on 2/10/18 and 2/11/18. Franco and his son responded quickly. They removed the old pump and installed the new unit with ease. They were very professional, efficient and friendly. I would recommend them and would call them again if needed. They guaranteed their work and product and told us to call them if there was a problem. Home advisor has served me well several times and I would not hesitate to call them again if I have a problem

I hired this company to install a sump pump and a battery back-up system. The install went flawless. However, the sump pump did not even last one year. I tried calling the company several times over the course of a few days and he did not even have the courtesy to call me back after leaving several messages. Poor customer service! I just ended up replacing the sump pump myself and tossing the crap he installed in the garbage.
