Franco came on time and explained the work to be done in detail and also suggested few other things which would be beneficial in a longer run. The work was done very professioanlly and the crew was polite, clean up was done properly. He explained the hardware, parts which is going to be installed. I am happy and would highlyrecommend him. Got my new sump pump with battery back up and also had few things done outside the house. Now I hope all works well!!!!!

The contractor came as promised, his workers (2-3 people) worked hard despite some tough conditions (bad weather, narrow space). Everything was completed and tested within three days. I received all the equiptment warranty papers. The charge was fair and the same as initially agreed. I would definitely recommend this contractor.

Mr. Arcari is absolutely wonderful! He did such a great job on my water damage/waterproofing repairs. He went above and beyond his job duties. There were some issues that came up during the job and he handled them efficiently and professionally. I love the finished product and my water problems are solved! Most companies push and push for french drains while he assessed our basement and told us a sump pump should be more than enough!! We saved thousands and his price for the sump pump was still below other competitors'. He is prompt with his telephone calls as well as service and his crew cleaned up quite well!

The professonalism and expertise they gave was well worth the money. Granted they were not the cheapest but, they were worth every extra dollar. Franco and his team were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. The work was performed flawlessly and they were very prompt. Arrived 15 minutes earlier than they stated they would be on site, and finished the job 30 minutes earlier than originally stated. When I was given the estimate, Franco was thorough in the jobsite inspection and outlined his installation to the last degree. His pricing was fair, and there was no up-sell for work or materials not needed for the job.
