 + -1 moreWe ordered custom cabinets for our bathroom in January. We were told it would take about 4-6 weeks. Now 17 months later, no cabinet, no one has a clue as to where it could be or when it will be delivered. Once they took our money, they stopped communicating with us entirely. Every now and then I call and inquire about the cabinets and am given the runaround. As of today the cabinet has not be delivered and they don't even have a delivery date scheduled.

 + -1 moreStopped in to get information. Drive by the place several times a month. Very nice displays, lots of ideas. Consultation was by appointment so I provided my contact information for a call back. Never heard from these people. Not sure if it was because I was doing 2 bathrooms instead of a kitchen, but obviously I moved on to other suppliers.

 + -1 moreKathy at Cabinets Direct showed us the best direction and layout of every cabinet piece for optimal use. Even the direction of some doors that did not seam right to us, but as she was an expert, once it was done, it made way more sense to do in the way she recommended. Cabinets arrived on time, all of great quality. We were a few knobs short and Kathy quickly had then replaced. She helped us no only in the cabinet process, but the entire renovation process including: how to get the best value out of every item that was purchased. I would highly recommend Cabinets Direct for any kitchen or bathroom project. I will not mention the other vendors we looked at, as it would cast them in a negative light. All that these other vendors did wrong is what Cabinets Direct did right.
Description of Work: Kathy Hunter at Cabinets Direct coached us on the best placement of the cabinets to use every last bit of space to our advantage. Kathy explained every line of cabinets we had interest in. Her knowledge of the product line and kitchen design set her far above the other vendors we were considering. What Kathy did, that the others failed to do was: follow up, work within the scope that we had set for the project and came in with the greatest value. the highest quality at the best price.

 + -1 moreSales lead, Allen was fantastic and spot-on interpreting my wants and needs into cabinetry that transformed a drab 30 year old, builder-grade kitchen, into a functional, bright, beautiful space. Also was helpful making recommendations on updated appliances, although I did not eventually choose new, countertops, and tips on retailers for finishing touches. I am more than thrilled with my new kitchen cabinets
