"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. "Horrible fake rip off siding job. Stateside Danny, Tom , George and Kendall totally scammed us. Within 4 years of job completion the siding has come off of the house completely in multiple places. We had constant problems during the job, they caused water damage to our home in a bedroom and our garage when they 'forgot' to seal the siding and roof capping. They charged us for new insulation and new vapor wrap and when the siding came off of the house due to a 10 minute wind storm we realized they never replaced any of the old insulation or vapor wrap. They came back to fix issues at least 13 times after the job was completed and then blamed us, the homeowners. I expected professionals who could evaluate what was needed to complete the job properly. I am not a siding expert, I shouldn't have to tell the 'professional' what needs to be done. Much of the siding was held on with only caulk and not nailed into place properly. In many places the nails they used were too short to reach anything stable. We now need to have the WHOLE HOUSE SIDING DONE OVER. We sued them in small claims court in Philadelphia and won, and they are refusing to pay. They are liars and thieves. I see that some of the good reviews on here were written by their friends or employees. What scum. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY COMPLETELY RIPPED US OFF!!!"
