There are no words to express how impressed and pleased I am with Eliene and her crew. They were on time and very professional. My house was a disaster (and I mean disaster!). I had major surgery and things went to pot, Eliene came and gave me a very reasonable quote. The next day I asked if I could add on 3 additional rooms. She wasn't going to charge me more. My 4th bedroom was a disaster as I was going through the closest, drawers, boxes etc before my surgery. I told Eliene not to worry about that room. After she left, I went upstairs and was SHOCKED. Not only did she organize all the items and put them neatly in the closest, she cleaned the entire room. Wow! JUST WOW! I couldn't be happier. She even found the new bath mat and shower curtain and put them up. Her attention to detail is amazing. Eliene and her crew cleaned every nook and cranie. The ceiling fan, windows, inside the stove hood, every corner, EVERYTHING! The house has never been so clean. On top of that, I had the carpets cleaned. Albert took his time and the carpets are pristine. The carpets had pet stains and he got them out. I hired Eliene to clean every two weeks. Many many thanks to Eliene, Albert and the ladies. I am truly blessed to have found you.

My wife and I work very long hours and sometimes weekends. This makes it extremely difficult for us to give our home the proper care it needs. Thankfully we found Eliene. Eliene's went above and beyond our expectations. We have had cleaning services before, however this time Eliene's said they would do a deep clean for the initial visit, and I can't believe how amazing of a job they did!! Her two person crew even made sure to move the furniture to get absolutely everything . We have a house with young children, dogs, and cats. With how great of a job they did, you would have assumed we had a model house. I am looking forward to the biweekly cleanings, and putting ease on our family, so we can actually enjoy our down time.

Originally contacted Eliene by email and she was very prompt with her response. We made an appointment for her to come out and do an estimate and she was early for that. We scheduled for today for her to come out and clean our house. Eliene and her two employees came out today and cleaned and were prompt, efficient and very professional. our home has not looked this good in years and we plan on having them come out at least once a week. We are very satisfied

Eliene and colleagues have been cleaning our house every 2 weeks for the last 4 months and we are extremely pleased with the results! She cleans thoroughly, conscientiously, and professionally every time. They are on time and always dependable. The fact that we can depend on consistently quality cleanings every time gives us tremendous peace-of-mind. Eliene and colleagues pay attention to the details, and that is important to us. For example, previous cleaners have taken shortcuts by not vacuuming/cleaning under beds or furniture. Not Eliene! Not only are all surfaces cleaned thoroughly--including under beds and furniture--but she also cleans closet floors, something previous cleaners have never done! The doors of the kitchen cabinets are smooth and shiny from floor to ceiling. They don't ignore the appliance cabinet either--even the coffee maker is cleaned out! Eliene and colleagues clean thoroughly. Some cleaners do a superficial cleaning of floors and counters, meaning they look good when you first see them, but you quickly realize they didn't remove all the dirt and grease, which is easy to determine by walking on the floors or feeling the counters. This is never a problem with Eliene! We come home to shiny floors and counters, and the clean feeling lasts for days! The floors are a pleasure to walk on in bare feet, and the counters are always smooth to the touch--no gritty or soapy remains. Eliene also goes above and beyond. We try to clear most of the clutter before they arrive, but sometimes we run out of time before heading to work on cleaning day. If we leave a few dirty dishes or glasses out in the sink, she washes them for us, which is very thoughtful. One time, my wife and kids were sick on cleaning day, so I asked Eliene if she could reschedule us. She had nothing else available that week, so she came on her day off to clean our house! That was awesome! Eliene is a true professional who obviously takes enormous pride in providing excellent, dependable service. We are lucky to have found her on Angie's List and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants to come home to a sparkling, clean home with no hassle.

I have used multiple cleaning people/companies and/or services since moving into my house about 5 years ago. I had one woman for about a year when I first moved into my home who did a phenomenal job, but unfortunately she ended up moving up to North Jersey about 4 years ago. I've struggled to find a cleaner who was able to do half as good as a job as her since. I've probably tried over a half dozen cleaning people or companies over the past 4 years, and while some of them did an okay job, none of them provided the quality of work that I was looking for. That is, until I hired Eliene! I found Eliene on Angies list, and decided to give her a call. She was very responsive, and agreed to come over a few days later to provide me with an estimate. After meeting with her and getting her quote, I decided to give her a shot. I had a good feeling about her. She and her partner came back a week later to do an inital "deep clean" and they did an amazing job!! She's been cleaning my house on a b-weekly basis for a few months now, and I'm pleased to say that I've finally found a house cleaner that does as wonderful of a job (if not better) as the woman I'd been looking to replace for so many years. Eliene is professional, trustworthy, and is absolutely fantastic at what she does. I give her my highest recommendation, and look forward to having her come clean for me for years to come!!

They do a great job...cleaning job is always very thorough. I've been using them every other week since January to clean my Philadelphia home. They are always on time, and lock up our house when they leave since my husband and I are usually both at work. I love walking into a clean home after a long day at work! I tried three other house cleaners that I wasn't happy with before finding them.

Upon completion of the cleaning service the house smells great and is squeaky clean. Eliene works diligently, carefully and professionally.She is thorough in each task. It went fantastic. It could not have been better. They have been there a few times and each time they have done a consistent job. Everything is spotless. They are very sweet to my mother and do not make her feel uncomfortable. And they are efficient but fast. They do the extra's that other cleaners do not do. They truly are awesome I can't say enough about how great they are.

Eliene does wonderful work. We had previously used one of the franchised cleaning companies and were never happy. Eliene's work quality is superior. She communicates with you the day before as a reminder and arrives on time and gets right to work. She attends to every detail and makes your home sparkle. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Wood ceiling with exposed beams,thoroughly brushed down. drapes shaken and brushed, furniture vacumned, woodwork wiped down all ceiling fans cleaned (7) All Pergo wood flooring cleaned acc. to Mfg. guidelines, all Kitchen cabinets cleaned then polished.All ceramic tiled surfaces wet wiped and then polished. Kitchen appliances gleamed with their care. 2 full bathrooms with shower door immaculate all mirrors shined. We especially liked her attitude, she made friends with our 2 dogs and they enjoy seeing her and sometimes her sister. We feel blessed in finding her. She is a lovely person......

Over the years I have hired several cleaning services but was repeatedly disappointed with the results. Approximately 2 years ago my sister recommended Eliene and I have been using her ever since. I am very happy with her service. She usually comes with a second cleaner. She adds special touches such as tying the toilet tissue in a rose shape, folding hand towels into a decorative design, fanning out paper towels, arranging pillows on beds and sofas in creative ways and leaving a unique swirling design in freshly vacuumed sofas and carpets. When they are finished my home smells fresh and my stove top sparkles! I would like to mention she asks that you supply the cleaning supplies, which is fine with me.

Perfect!!! I have had Eliene for the past 5 years. She personally comes to your house and cleans-not her workers. Wouldn't trade her for anything!!! After a long day at work, the smell of a clean house "hits me in the face" as soon as I walk into my home. Toilet paper is even folded into a rose in each bathroom. She goes above and beyond to please you. If you see that she misses something, which is rare, she has no problem with you telling her and redoing. Her deep clean is the BEST!!!! She will be at your house all day 8-10 hours No sone is left unturned, she cleans under sinks, and beds, even cleans and reorganizes closets, cushions are removed from couches etc... with this type of cleaning. Would highly recommend Eliene-I have had many different cleaning services she is the best!!!

Eliene was recommended by my son, who had recently moved out of his apartment. I had sold my house and needed help cleaning it after everything was packed. She was very friendly and arrived on time. She paid attention to all the little details while she was cleaning and even gave me some cleaning tips! I never had a cleaning service come out but I was amazed with the quality and detail of work preformed. She wiped down all the ceiling fans and vacuumed all of the carpets and mopped the hardwood floors. All the windows were left sparking clean! She cleaned and detailed the whole house for a great price! I would definitely recommend Eliene to my friends and family in the future!

Eliene is very professional and courteous. You can request certain days for her to come to your house, or if you are on a repeating weekly schedule, she will call/text you the night before she comes, to make sure it's ok. If you see something that needs to be done, you can just leave a note, and she will take care of it. Her prices are comparable for other cleaning places, and she does take the time to do a great job. Nothing is better than coming home from work, and smelling a clean, fresh house!

Eliene and her staff are excellent. They remind me when they are coming to clean (because I would just forget). They are thorough in cleaning the entire house and are attentive to my special requests.
