The guy was great. Explained what was wrong with the leak (what I thought) and fixed it. Then did all the work. Punctual, professional and did a good job. Didn't take all day either. I will use them again the next time I need a plumbing repair.

The team arrived when scheduled and had everything ready to go. The plumber and his assistant were dressed appropriately for the job with company shirts. They were polite and efficient. When they called to say they would arrive in 1/2 hour, we began emptying the old heater into the sump to facilitate removal. Before beginning the installation the leader explained why the venting needed to be upgraded, They had everything necessary to complete the task. They brought in the new unit being careful of all furniture and the two loose dogs. They eased the large heater down the stairs and into position. The work area was cleaned. The old water heater was removed and taken away for disposal. The lead plumber explained the new features on the water heater, adjusted the temperature to our preferred setting and told us how to shut down and restart the heater with the automatic pilot. The job took less than 2 hours, in house. Once the installation was complete we had hot water in about 1 hour.. The cost of the job may seem high, but considering the prep time necessary to do the installation in a timely manner including the securing of permits and the disposal of the unit I believe this was quite reasonable. When I called the office assistant explained the various costs and gave me estimates for 3 sizes of water heaters.The entire transaction from phone call to installation was completely professional and worry free for me. I would highly recommend this company.

They were very good, very positive. They were very prompt in going out and giving me an estimate on my rental property. Fair pricing (by far). It was a headache-free transaction. They did the job that we decided upon for the price we agreed, without any surprises. I would definitely recommend this business.

I called them to make an appointment for an estimate. They told me what it usually costs on the phone and I made the appointment to replace it. They arrived at the time they gave me. They looked at my kitchen sink and said it would cost the price they had quoted to me on the phone. They replaced the garbage disposal. They cleaned up afterwards and I was back in business. I didn't relize that when a garbage disposal gives up the ghost the sink leaks at the disposal. After several days of using/emptying a bucket I was glad to have it replaced. I was pleased overall with this company. Never replaced a garbage disposal so I had no idea what the cost would be. That's the only reason I graded the price "B." As I said above using/emtying a bucket it was worth every penny. And its worked flawlessly ever since.

Outstanding! Everything went perfectly. Eddie and the crew were friendly, helpful, and explained things along the way when I had questions. The even went out of the way to save a large shrub I have. They cleaned up the job when they were done so that it remarkably did not look like our sewer line was replaced. We were thrilled with every aspect of working with Eddie B and would highly recommend them!

I was not satisfied at all with the service. The charge was way too much. A half an hour left, I went to take a shower and the plumbing in the bathroom wasn't working. He told me it had nothing to do with what he did. If a customer has a problem, he should have shown more concern, he didn't send anyone out. I'm the one that had to clean it out. He should have gone the extra mile to help me.

They were a little pricey for the time they were there, but that is basic plumbing prices so I don't want to give them a negative for that. They came through when I needed them to; although they were a little pricey they got the job done and did what I asked. They did what they were supposed to do and responded very fast; they came over the same day when everybody else was telling me it would take a week later, so they were great with that. You get what you pay for and they did a good job. I will use them again in the future.

Excellent service. They showed up promptly and were very professional. They gave us an estimate and did the work in the same day. We were in a hurry to get the work done and they scheduled the appointment quickly and at a time that worked for our situation. They did an excellent job of fixing all three problems. When they first arrived, they gave us a price. As they were doing the job they realized that they could do it in a different way that would be just as effective, and proceeded to reduce the price! We were very pleased with the professionalism and quality workmanship.

We were happy with their services. We don’t remember how much we spent but it wasn’t that much. They were punctual. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

Our experience was very good. The workers were professional, the work itself was well-done, and the results were what was promised. The owner of the company personally kicked off the work and he returned a few days later when we had a question regarding the performance of the system which he addressed to our satisfaction.

Overall a ok experience. Came out the same to to fix a leak in the shower. Seemed a little expensive. $185.00 to change a shower cartridge. Repair was a 5 min job but still charged an hour of labor at $130/ hr. plus $55 for the part. Which is a $20 part.

On a Friday night before the Labor Day holiday my husband went into the kitchen and noticed the floor by the kitchen sink was wet. He looked under the sink and found our pipe appeared to have ruptured. I contacted Eddie B. Plumbing and within 30 minutes he was at our door. He assessed the problem. He needed to go to the hardware store to get the part he needed which he did and promptly returned, replaced the pipe and even cleaned up. There wasn't much to clean up because he worked efficiently and neatly. Including the trip to the store from the time he entered the house until he left was less than 2 hours.

Eddie B Plumbing sent out a plumber after only a few hours notice when my first choice plumber bailed on me at the last minute. The plumber was courteous, professional, and did a quality job. The price he quoted me was fair, and he even recommended different options depending on how much I could afford to spend. He quoted me a few other things before he left, and I'll definitely be using Eddie B for future jobs. Topnotch job!

I loved everything about them. Their price was good and they were very responsive.

Overall I was extremely pleased with the work. Contacted Eddie B plumbing along with three other plumbers for estimates. While their estimate was about $150 higher than the other plumbers, the layout they proposed made the best use of my space and existing plumbing/gas lines while also removing the need for an extraneous drainage pipe that went across a wall of my basement. They showed up on time and were very accomodating to my availability in scheduling the two day job. They workers were clean. They usually came and went from the side door that accessed the basement directly, but were very clean when accessing the living areas of the house for those parts of the job. Everything was left clean and as if no work had been done. The work was completed in the time frame given. As said before, their proposed layout made the most sense for the job and the placment of all gas/water pipes is, for lack of a better word, "elegant". I am especially pleased with they way they handled the drainage from my washing machine. I would abolutely recommend and use Eddie B Plumbing again.

The gentlemen were polite, clean, and professional. When you have only one toilet ant that isn't working, life can be tough. One can't be too picky, but I am glad I chose Eddie B's Plumbing. Doug and Shawn arrived very quickly, were prepared for the job, and took care of everything in a professional manner. There was no post-visit cleanup involved.

I had previously refinished a tub/shower and a standalone shower. I bought new fixtures for each and they installed them. One access panel had to be made bigger and one bathroom did not have an access panel at all. Eddie B enlarged and finished the one panel and put in a new panel in the other bathroom. Everything turned out great. I did want new values put on the lines for the new washer/dryer. The washer/dryer is a stackable unit in a laundry closet that does not have too much room. They were not able to get around the unit and would not move the unit to do the work so I needed to get this done separately. I was surprised that they said they would not move the unit and that we would need to do it in order for them to come back and install the values. Overall they did a wonderful job on the fixtures and access panels, but I was disappointed I didn't get the values done at the same time.

Our sewer line was clogged and leaking out of our driveway. Eddie B Plumbing arrived quickly and plunged it. It has been perfect ever since.
